Abstract: 본 발명은 분쇄용 브러쉬가 장착된 미분탄의 정량공급장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 스크류피더에 의해 미분탄을 공급하는 공급관과 상기 공급되는 미분탄의 이송기체를 공급하는 가스관의 합류부에 브러쉬를 장착하여 브러쉬의 회전으로 압착된 미분탄을 분쇄하여 정량공급이 이루어지도록 하는 미분탄의 정량공급장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 저장호퍼에 저장된 미분탄을 이송기체에 의해 연소기로 정량공급하는 미분탄공급장치에 있어서, 상기 저장호퍼의 하부에 장착되어 모터동력으로 회전하여 저장호퍼에 저장된 미분탄을 일측으로 이송시키는 스크류피더와; 상기 스크류피더를 내포하는 미분탄공급관과; 상기 미분탄을 용이하게 이송하는 이송기체가 공급되는 기체공급관과; 상기 미분탄공급관이 수평으로 결합되고, 상기 기체공급관이 상부에 수직으로 결합되어 두 관체를 연통시키는 십자이음관과; 상기 미분탄공급관과 대향되는 부분의 십자이음관에 수평결합되어 십자이음관 내부의 합류부로 투입된 미분탄을 파쇄하는 파쇄수단과; 상기 십자이음관의 하부에 수직결합되어 스크류피더에 의해 공급된 미분탄을 이송기체를 이용하여 연소기로 이송기키는 이송관;을 포함하여 구성된다.

Abstract: An apparatus for supplying a fixed quantity of pulverized coal using a brush is provided to allow a fixed quantity of coal pulverized by a brush installed at a joint portion in a joint pipe to be supplied to a combustor through a transfer pipe. An apparatus(10) for supplying a fixed quantity of pulverized coal using a brush comprises a storage hopper(20) and a screw feeder(30) mounted at a lower portion of the storage hopper and is rotated by a motor(31) to transfer pulverized coal stored in the storage hopper. A pulverized coal supply pipe(40) includes the screw feeder. A gas supply pipe(50) supplies transfer gas for facilitating transfer of the pulverized coal. A cross joint pipe(60) is horizontally coupled with the pulverized coal supply pipe and vertically coupled with the gas supply pipe at the upper portion thereof to allow the two pipes to communicate with each other. A pulverizing device(70) is horizontally coupled with the cross joint pipe to pulverize the pulverized coal supplied to a joint portion in the cross joint pipe.
