Abstract: PURPOSE: A partial discharge defect type determination method and an apparatus thereof are provided to improve the accuracy of defect type determination. CONSTITUTION: A partial discharge defect type determination apparatus includes a virtual space implementation unit(160), a partial discharge signal analysis unit(170), a calculation unit(180) and a defect type determination unit(180). Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for checking reliability of partial discharge diagnosis equipment is provided to improve reliability of partial electric discharge measurement by rapidly finding out a failure portion and replacing it. Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically displaying partial discharge localization in GIS is provided to automatically detect the position of a discharge source through communication with an online partial discharge monitor.
