Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission method capable of transmitting an emergency call is provided to detect location information of an internet phone from a location information management server of an internet service provider. CONSTITUTION: An internet phone connected to network transmits DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) request in a DHCP server of an internet service provider(S110). The DHCP server transmits the DHCP to the internet phone(S120). By using a transmitted location information management server, the internet phone transfers location information request to a location information management server(S130). The location information management server transfers the location information response to the internet phone(S140). An emergency call including the detected location information is generated/transferred.

이와 같이, 본 발명은 인터넷 중앙부에 평판 관리 장치를 구축하여 인터넷 사용자들로부터 SIP 발신자에 대한 평판 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 정보를 바탕으로 SIP 발신자에 대해 평판 점수를 정의함으로서, 차후 SIP 요청에 대한 메시지에 정의한 평판 정수를 추가하여 차기 SIP 요청 수신자가 해당 평판 정보를 보고 SIP 요청을 차단할 수 있기 때문에 SIP 스팸으로부터 가입자를 보호할 수 있다.

Abstract: A linking system for providing a multimedia ring-back-tone service between provider networks based on the recipient information and a service offer method using the same are provided to supply the multimedia ring-back-tone service in case that a video call is performed on the internet. A call processing interlock(104) transmits and receives a call related message between different receiver/caller terminals(102) and supplies the recipient information requesting the call processing. A multimedia ring-back tone application server(106) receives the recipient information from the call processing interlock and requests the multimedia ring-back-tone service. Abstract: A system and a method for blocking spam on the internet by using a reputation system are provided to protect a subscriber from an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) spam by enabling an SIP request receiver to block the SIP request and report evaluation information based on reputation score. When an SIP message is received from a caller terminal(103), a sending router transmits an SIP message to which reputation information is added. A reputation management device(102) prepares a reputation information repository, and extracts the reputation information for the terminal of the sender from the reputation information storage. 이와 같이, 본 발명에서는 PIM 프로토콜 기반의 멀티캐스트 망에서 랑데부 포인트에서 스팸 정보를 관리하고, 스팸 정보를 발신측과 공유함으로서, PIM 프로토콜, 예를 들어 PIM-SM 프로토콜과 BIDIR-PIM 프로토콜에서 멀티캐스트 망에 적용하여 멀티캐스트 스팸의 발생을 최소화하여 PIM 망을 멀티캐스트 스팸으로부터 보호할 수 있다.

Abstract: A spam filtering system based on SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) using a spam detection part and a spam filtering part and a method thereof are provided to minimize damage by telephony spam on SIP network due to filtering the spam according to a spam countermeasure by analyzing the SIP message transmitted for a call session connection.
