In a wireless optical communication system in which communication is performed based on a free space and a plurality of communication apparatuses are arranged in a ring form around a central office terminal, the communication apparatus monitors optical signals received in a first direction or in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and selects a first path through which the optical signals in the first direction are received and a second path through which the optical signals in the second direction are received. The communication apparatus converts, into an electrical signal, an optical signal having a predetermined unique wavelength among the optical signals received through the selected path, converts the electrical signal into a signal of a frequency domain having a plurality of subcarriers, and obtains packet data mapped to each of the subcarriers.

발명의 한 실시예에 따른 이더넷 링 망의 노드가 필터링 데이터베이스를 소거하는 방법으로, 링 망의 토폴로지가 변경되면 필터링 데이터베이스의 소거를 연기하기 위한 타이머를 작동하고, 타이머가 종료하면 상기 필터링 데이터베이스를 소거한다. 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 필터링 데이터베이스를 소거하는 방법으로, 필터링 데이터베이스의 소거를 요청하는 보호 절체 프레임을 수신한 후에 필터링 데이터베이스를 소거하고, 노드에서 전송 대기 중인 데이터 프레임을 전송한 뒤에 보호 절체 프레임을 인접한 노드로 전송한다. 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 필터링 데이터베이스를 소거하는 방법으로, 필터링 데이터베이스의 소거를 요청하는 보호 절체 프레임을 수신한 후에 필터링 데이터베이스를 소거하고, 노드에서 전송 대기 중인 데이터 프레임을 삭제한다.

PURPOSE: Blockade decision system and method thereof of a multi ring network are provided to decide a blockade location with respect to a lower ring network of a single ring network structure including lower ring node and converted virtual ring node included in the lower ring network. CONSTITUTION: An order information assignment unit (110) assigns order information for blockade decision with respect to each of ring networks. A blockade decision unit (140) successively determines a blockade location with respect to the each of the ring networks based on the order information assigned to the each of the ring networks. The blockade decision unit includes a node conversion unit and a blockade location decision unit. PURPOSE: A method for collecting management point information for OAM(Operation, Administration, and Maintenance) in an MPLS-TP(Multi-Protocol Label Switching-Transport Profile) network is provided to collect an identifier of a MEP(Maintenance entity group End Point) and a MIP(Maintenance entity group Intermediate Point) on an LSP(Label Switched Path). CONSTITUTION: A local MEP sets information indicating an identifier request of a management point. The local MEP transmits a loopback request message set as a TTL(Time-To-Live) value of a management target LSP(S802). The local MEP receives a loopback response message in which the identifier of the management point is set from the management point. PURPOSE: A protection switching apparatus for multiple protection groups is provided to reduce protection switching time by converting routes including errors into normal routes. CONSTITUTION: A route management unit(110) establishes a plurality of connection routes and protection routes. The route management unit creates a protection group. The protection routes can be respectively substituted by the connection routes. A protection group control unit(120) respectively determines errors of the routes through route state information of the connection routes. A protection switching apparatus(130) switches the routes including the errors into normal routes for transmitting and receiving packets according to a protection switching command of the protection group control unit.

PURPOSE: A delay measurement method of an Ethernet ring network and an apparatus thereof for accurately measuring network delay are provided to allow a node which generates a delay measurement frame to receive and measure the delay measurement frame. CONSTITUTION: A delay measurement frame generating unit(12) generates a delay measurement frame. A transmission unit(13) transmits the delay measurement frame to an adjacent node of the ring network. A receiver(14) receives the delay measurement frame from the other adjacent node of the ring network. A delay measurement unit(15) measures the network delay by using the received delay measurement frame.

An Ethernet protecting switching method according to the link variation of an Ethernet link multiple layer performing the Ethernet protection switch even in case the Ethernet link multiple layer exists is provided to perform the proper Ethernet protection switch by transmitting a message to a management object group terminating point. If an Ethernet link multiple layer is on an Ethernet connection route, a link aggregation sub-layer management object group terminating point is set up on the Ethernet link multiple layer(S110). The link multiple layer-management object group termination point notifies link combination generation message to administration object group termination point performing the Ethernet connection administration(S120). The administration object group termination point analyzes the link combination generation message. It determines if the administration object group termination point performs the protection switch(S130).
