PURPOSE: A gait training system, data processing unit thereof, and an operating method of the data processing unit are provided to prevent generation of disease relating to a musculoskeletal system. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(210) receives acceleration data from a gait sensor device(100). The wireless communication unit receives acceleration data of the moving direction of a pedestrian, acceleration data of the left and right direction of a pedestrian and acceleration data of the upward and downward direction of a pedestrian from the gait sensor device. A 11-shaped gait detection unit(230) judges whether a pedestrian walk in a 11 shape or not using the acceleration data. A display unit(240) provides the information of whether the 11-shaped gait is kept or not. PURPOSE: A medicine taking management system and method thereof are provided to notify medicine taking information to a user according to a medicine taking schedule by receiving the medicine taking schedule corresponding to the ID(Identity) code of a prescription from a medicine taking management server. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(110) transmits and recognizes the ID code of the issued prescription. The user terminal receives a medicine taking schedule corresponding to the transmitted ID code. The user terminal notifies the medicine taking information to a user according to the received medicine taking schedule. A medicine taking management server(130) creates the medicine taking schedule by receiving the transmitted ID code. A medicine taking support apparatus(120) supports the medicine taking information by providing medicine according to the medicine taking schedule.

PURPOSE: A health measurement method using a portable terminal, health measurement gateway, and portable terminal thereof are provided to enable a user to receive health measurement result values provided from a health measurement gateway by enabling the user to contact to a health measurement gateway through a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(600) receives user information and health measurement apparatus information from a portable terminal or a health measurement apparatus. A transmission unit(620) provides the user information provided from the portable terminal and the health measurement apparatus information to a health measurement server. The transmission unit transmits the health measurement results provided from the health measurement server to the portable terminal in case protocols between networks are different from each other. A conversion unit(610) suitability converts the protocols according to each network.

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a walking pattern is provided to calculate correctly a moving track of a COP(Center Of Pressure) by reflecting a characteristic of an FSR(Force Sensing Resistor) sensor and a characteristic of a frame structure of a foot. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of FSR sensors measures a foot pressure value(S310). The output values of the FSR sensors are pre-processed(S320). A maximum pressure local region is searched(S330). A COP calculation process for the maximum pressure local region is performed(S340). The calculated COP is added to a COP moving track (S350).

PURPOSE: Smart footwear is provided to remove an inconvenience of elderly people wearing new apparatus and to measure an active mass and a sense of isolation in a daily life. CONSTITUTION: The smart footwear includes a film type leading sensor(110), which measures a change of power added to a smart footwear user as a resistance value, an acceleration sensor(120) measuring an acceleration value according to movement changes of the user, and a microcontroller(130), which predicts a current state and activity mass of the user by using the resistance value and the acceleration value, and creates status information and active mass information of user.

PURPOSE: A synchronization and interaction device between a real world and a virtual world is provided to enable a user to immerse to the virtual world by reflecting life or movement of the real world and reflecting users themselves of the real world to an avatar of the virtual world. CONSTITUTION: A real world data converter(110) converts data of a real world collected by using a plurality of sensors to data of a virtual world. A control unit configures the virtual world by using data of the virtual world. The control unit determines whether an event is generated in the virtual world. If the event is generated in the virtual world, a virtual world data converter(130) converts data of the virtual world into data of the real world.

PURPOSE: A motion recognizing system using footwear for recognizing a motion is provided to correct the posture of a wearer by using information about the motion of a foot, a three dimensional position and the balance of the body of the wearer. CONSTITUTION: Motion recognition footwear(10) measures a height, an acceleration, and the pressure of a foot, preprocesses the measured signal, and transmits the signal to the outside. An information processing terminal(20) analyzes the signal received from the motion recognition footwear, obtains the three dimensional position, the motion of the foot, and the balance of the body of wearer, and provides an application service based on the obtained information.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for user adapted activity recognition are provided to detect the movement of a user regardless of the inclination change of a sensor by changing a reference inclination according to the movement pattern of the user. CONSTITUTION: A apparatus and a method for user adapted activity recognition comprises: a tilt measurement unit using a 3-axis acceleration sensor; a reference tilt calculation unit calculating the reference tilt of the sensor according to a type of wearing the sensor or user movement; and a tilt calculation unit calculates the difference between a calculated reference tilt and a current tilt to calculate the real tilt of the user.
