Abstract: A method for protecting an audio source is disclosed. An information processing device for protecting an audio source frequency-converts an audio signal, determines a forensic mark insertion intensity according to an audio property in a frequency-converted audio signal, inserts the forensic mark into the frequency-converted audio signal according to the determined insertion intensity, inversion-frequency-converts the frequency-converted audio signal into which the forensic mark is inserted, generates a song into which the forensic mark is inserted, and can detect an illegally accessed song.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for protecting an H.264 video broadcast program are provided to encrypt an original broadcasting stream in real time after the original broadcasting stream is transmitted, thereby being easily applied to an existing IP(Internet Protocol)-based broadcasting system as the original broadcasting stream has no influence on a streaming server. A key packet generator(240) generates a key packet by using the stream key and the program key generated in the key management unit, and key version information to insert the key packet to the key packet insertion location searched by the stream analysis unit. An encryption unit(230) encrypts the encryption area, searched from the stream analysis unit, with the stream key generated in the key management unit and marks the encryption area for identification, and transmits the encrypted broadcasting stream.
