재난 방송 메시지 프레임이 정상적으로 구성되어 있는지 모니터링 및 분석하는 검증 장치는 재난 방송 메시지 프레임의 전송 프레임 계층을 분석하는 전송 프레임 분석부, 상기 재난 방송 메시지 프레임의 서비스 패킷 계층을 분석하는 서비스 패킷 분석부, 상기 재난 방송 메시지 프레임의 메타데이터를 분석하는 메타데이터 분석부, 상기 재난 방송 메시지 프레임의 서비스 패킷을 복호화 또는 파싱하는 서비스 데이터 복호화부, 상기 전송 프레임 분석부, 상기 서비스 패킷 분석부, 상기 메타데이터 분석부로부터 각각의 분석 결과 정보를 수신하는 시스템 제어부, 그리고 상기 시스템 제어부로부터 입력받은 상기 각각의 분석 결과 정보 및 상기 서비스 데이터 복호화부로부터 입력받은 복호화 또는 파싱된 서비스 데이터를 화면 상에 출력하는 디스플 레이부를 포함한다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 디지털 오디오 전송시스템에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 디지털 오디오 전송시스템은, 입력되는 음원에 대하여 음성 또는 오디오 신호인지 여부 및 해당 음원의 세부 특성에 따라 서로 다른 부호화 방식에 의하는 코어코덱 사이를 천이하며 코딩 방법을 변경하며 최적화된 음원 코딩을 수행하는 음원 코더와; 상기 음원 코더에서 코딩되어 입력되는 스트림 데이터를 받아서 코딩에 대한 특정 데이터를 검출하여 헤더 및 그 헤더의 보호코드를 포함한 전송 프레임을 생성하여 출력하는 프레임화 수단과; 상기 프레임화 수단에 의해 형성된 전송 프레임에 대하여 전송에러 코딩을 포함하는 절차를 수행하는 전송에러 코딩 수단과; 상기 전송에러 코딩이 완료된 적어도 하나의 전송 프레임을 소정 개수의 논리적인 DAB 프레임으로 분할 생성하여 출력하는 전송 데이터 생성수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a digital audio transmission system. The digital audio transmission system according to the present invention comprises: a sound source coder to perform optimized sound source coding by changing a coding method through shifting between core codecs using different coding methods according to whether an input sound source is a voice signal or an audio signal and according to detailed characteristics of the sound source; a framing means to generate and output a transmission frame including a header and a protection code of the header by receiving stream data coded and inputted by the sound source coder and detecting specific data for the coding; a transmission error coding means to perform a process including transmission error coding for the transmission frame formed by the framing means; and a transmission data generation means to divide at least one transmission frame, which has completed the transmission error coding, into a predetermined number of logic DAB frames and transmit the DAB frames.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for providing emergency information and supplementary information. A terminal for providing emergency information and supplementary information includes an EWAS processor to receive an EWAS signal, to determine whether an EWC is included in the EWAS signal, and to decode the EWC for acquiring the emergency information and the supplementary information; a region based service unit to decode the emergency information and the supplementary information to acquire service information including at least one service item, and to express an item label, an item description, broadcasting link information, and communications link information on the service item; and a terminal base function unit accessing a Wi-Fi network or a mobile communications network to perform communications or accessing a T-DMB network to receive broadcasting according to selection of a user, and to control web browsing environment for acquiring additional information through Internet access provided from the mobile communications network or Wi-Fi network. An automatic recognition service and a region based service are used to the highest degree as an advantage of an automatic recognition emergency broadcasting service and a low data transmission rate may be compensated.

An apparatus and a method for providing a digital broadcast signal are provided. The apparatus for providing a digital broadcast signal comprises a disaster broadcast unit which detects a first disaster message signal from a terrestrial DMB signal, and generates a second disaster message signal including a disaster broadcast activation data for emergency alert service for a radio shadow area based on a first field value of the first disaster message signal; and a broadcast signal relay unit which controls transmission of the second disaster massage signal transmitted from the disaster broadcast unit.

The present invention relates to a broadcasting transmission apparatus. Disclosed in the present specification is the broadcasting transmission apparatus which comprises an ATSC signal generation unit to transmit an ATSC signal in accordance with ATSC transmission standards; a low-speed data signal generation unit which has the same frequency range as that of the ATSC signal, and transmits at least one narrow-band signal located in a null frequency domain of an NTSC removal filter; a coupling unit to couple the ATSC signal to the at least one narrow-band signal; and an RF transmission unit to transmit the signal, coupled by the coupling unit, as an RF signal.

The present invention relates to a digital audio receiver including an integrated sound source decoder. The digital audio receiver including the integrated sound source decoder according to the present invention comprises; a channel decoder which outputs a logical DAB frame by performing the channel decoding of an audio broadcasting signal which is coded according to a sound source characteristic through multiple modes by differing a coding method for a voice from an audio specific signal and is transferred to the logical DAB frame; a first external decoding unit which receives the logical DAB frames of N of an output of the channel decoder and restores transmission frames as the logical DAB frames of N and performs a process including a transmission error decoding for each of the transmission frame and restores it to sound source frames as the transmission frames; and an integrated sound source decoder which detects a coding method for the sound source frame in every sound source frames and decodes each of the sound source frames by a decoding method corresponding to the detected coding method.
