Disclosed are a vehicle message propagation apparatus using machine to machine communication and a method thereof. The vehicle message propagation apparatus using machine to machine communication according to the present invention includes: a message reception unit which receives vehicle event messages from the vehicles in front using an ad hoc network; a message processing unit which analyzes the vehicle event messages; and a message transmission unit which transmits the vehicle event messages to the vehicles in the rear side or a collection server based on the resultant analysis.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for making an application software, developed by a developer, use an automotive open system architecture (AUTOSAR) service, specified in the AUTOSAR which is a standard of a software platform architecture for automotive electronic devices. PURPOSE: A method for managing quality metrics and a profile for a customer-oriented service level agreement, and a service level agreement system thereof are provided to perform effective quality management based on a quality index value and a quality index that a customer selects, thereby providing reliable quality management. CONSTITUTION: An OSS(Open Source Software) interworking unit(100) collects quality information according to each client. A customized SLA metric management device generates customized virtual quality monitoring information to manage quality. An SLA quality managing device(700) monitors whether quality is damaged for the customized virtual quality monitoring information. The SLA quality managing device performs compensation when quality violation. A providing device(800) offers statistical information about the quality violation.

An apparatus and a method for managing SLA(Service Level Agreement) information quality are provided to enable automated, systemized communication quality management by introducing an SLA system to a communication service. A data collecting unit(120) collects communication quality data from an NMS(Network Management System) and stores the collected information in a database(130). A communication quality monitoring unit(140) checks whether communication quality provided to a user exceeds a quality breach alarm threshold value specified in an SLA of the user based on the communication quality data accumulated in the database(130).
