A method and an apparatus for controlling a video conference are provided to configure a video screen and voice data requested by each person by using image and voice data generated from each video conference application of the participants of a video conference. A data processing unit(120) decodes compressed data inputted from a video conference application of a user to extract image and voice data of each person participating in a video conference, and encodes image and voice data to be provided to the application. An image processing unit(130) generates image data for configuring a video screen according to video screen requesting information generated according to a user request by using the extracted image data. A voice processing unit(140) configures voice data according to voice control information generated according to a user request by using the extracted voice data.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for estimating a location of a tag are provided to increase convenience in use using a non-directional antenna. CONSTITUTION: The first antenna(150) transmits a tag search signal to tags and receives a response signal from the tags. A control module extracts a plurality of tag information from the response signal to presume a location of a reference tag based on the tag information and presumes locations of the remaining tags according to the tag information.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for forming a multi super-frame are provided to reduce power consumption by activating wireless body area network on-body in a communication period. CONSTITUTION: Configuring information related to a super-frame and a multi-super-frame is stored in a memory(220). A frame generator(240) generates a super-frame. The frame generator combines a plurality of the super-frames in parallel in order to generate one multi-super frame. A first generating module(242) generates the super-frame. An apparatus for controlling a multilateral video call connection and confirmation of a visitor by being installed at a home server and being linked with the home server and home automation for each service mode comprises a PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) interface(101), a media interface(107), a home automation interface(108), a PCI bridge(102), an MPEG4 codec(103), a video quad(104), an audio mixer(105) and a CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device,106). The PCI interface(101), installed at the home server, receives a voice and a video signal of a home resident from the home server, and transmits a voice and a video signal of a visitor or a video call participant to the home server. The media interface(107) transmits a voice and a video signal of a visitor or a video call participant to a screen display unit of the home server. The home automation interface(108) receives the voice and the video signal of the visitor from a door phone. The PCI bridge(102) distributes and forwards the video signal received from the PCI interface(101). The MPEG4 codec(103) performs an encoding and a decoding operation of the distributed video signal. A video communication matching device using a TV and a home server system are provided to allow an indoor user to view a TV screen and talk with a visitor by receiving image and voice signals of the visitor inputted from a video phone through a home server and transmitting the image and voice signals to a set-top box of the home server. A set-top box unit(260) outputs an inputted image and voice to be capable of being reproduced in a TV. If a video communication operation mode is a multi-point mode, a video communication matching unit(120) receives images and voices of callers and synthesizes the images and the voices as one image and voice signal. If the video communication operation mode is a visitor mode, the video communication matching unit(120) receives an image and a voice of a visitor from a video phone, converts the received image and voice into a digital image and voice, and outputs the digital image and voice to the set-top box unit(260). A home server control unit(270) confirms the video communication operation mode. If the confirmed video communication operation mode is the multi-point communication mode, the home server control unit(270) transmits the image and the voice of the callers to convert the image and the voice into the one image and voice signal and output the image and voice signal to the set-top box unit(260).
