Abstract: PURPOSE: A 3-dimensional model selection method is provided to effectively manipulate a 3-dimensional tree structure existing in the same space with a 3-dimensional model. CONSTITUTION: A 3-dimensional model selection method comprises steps of visualizing a hierarchical relation of the 3-dimensional model in a 3Dimensional tree structure, displaying just a first selected 3-dimensional model if the 3-dimensional model included in the lowest hierarchy is first selected, displaying a 2nd selected 3-dimensional model and the hierarchical structure if the 3-dimensional model included in the lowest hierarchy is second selected, displaying a 3rd selected 3-dimensional model and the hierarchical structure if the 3-dimensional model included in the lowest hierarchy is third selected, displaying a hierarchical structure of a 4th selected 3-dimensional model if the 3-dimensional model with a hierarchical structure not displayed is 4th selected, and selecting one function among rotating, converting, generating, deleting and grouping the displayed model.

Abstract: A method and a system for remotely controlling infrared ray-based home appliances in a home network system are provided to remotely control and collectively manage home appliances at home and outside by networking the home appliances through a device that performs ZigBee communication and generates an infrared signal. A converter(100) converts a command signal for controlling a function selected by a user into an infrared signal and transmits it to an infrared ray-based home appliance. A home server(400) receives and manages information on the converter(100), searches the converter(100) for controlling the function selected by the user when the control command is requested by the user, and transmits the command signal to the converter(100). A ZigBee coordinator(200) receives the command signal from the home server(400), wirelessly processes it, and transmits it to the selected converter(100).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for generating three dimensional animation using visual script is provided to sketch quickly the motion of characters by offering intuitive interface that user generates animation easily and quickly. CONSTITUTION: A space curve for characters that is made by the result of three dimensional modeling is drawn. A visual script is made by scripting time relation among each space curves with time curve. Each part to become animation of above character and three dimensional property of above visual scripts corresponding this are made a parsing using visual language parser for AMG(Attributed Multiset Grammar). A matrix and motion function to each motion that was made a parsing is made a binding to tree and then animation is executed searching above tree. Above each stage is executed repeatedly until above animation is satisfied with. Above animation execution is made in computer that is composed of a three dimensional graphic acceleration board, an input device with 6DOF, a stereoscopic image output device, and a motion tracing device that shows automatically a side of character that is intended to see.

본 발명에서는 사용자에게 친숙한 수단을 제공하여 신속하게 전체 애니메이션을 만들어 낼 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법에서 사용자는 캐릭터의 동작 뿐만 아니라, 여러 동작들 간의 동기성을 부여하기 위해 그 3차원의 동일한 공간상에 곡선을 그려주기만 한다.-

Abstract: An adaptive service searching method in an MANET(Mobile Ad hoc Network) is provided to be capable of forming a virtual network between nodes having SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) functions, and to enable a node receiving a service request to notify a service requester of the time when a service is available, thus the service can be adaptively searched in the MANET. A virtual network is configured according to roles of each node(100,200,400). Among the nodes(100,200,400), the service request node(100) demands a service to the temporarily selected service registration node(400) in the virtual network(S110-S190). If the service supply node(200) registers the service in the service registration node(400), the service registration node(400) notifies the service request node(100) of availability of the service and address of the service supply node(200)(S200-S290). The service request node(100) demands the service to the service supply node(200) to use the service(S300).

Abstract: An apparatus for providing EPG(Electronic Program Guide) information about a program of digital broadcasting and a method therefor are provided to manage the EPG information independently irrespective of a platform like a set-top box which converts a format of the EPG information provided together with digital broadcasting information into a displayable format and offer the EPG information according to a providing request more quickly. A data storing unit(120) receives and stores PSI(Program Specific Information) data and SI(Service Information) data from a digital broadcasting receiving platform. An EPG constructing unit(300) analyzes the PSI data and the SI data, and acquires EPG information. An EPG database(200) stores and manages the acquired EPG information. If a guide for a specific program is requested, an EPG providing unit(160) acquires EPG information corresponding to the requested program from the EPG database(200) and provides the acquired EPG information. The EPG constructing unit(300) includes a PSI processing unit and an SI processing unit. The PSI processing unit parses PSI data, and extracts PAT(Program Association Table) element information and PMT(Program Map Table) element information. The SI processing unit successively extracts and parses MGT(Master Guide Table) data and SI section data included in the SI data, and generates the EPG information.
