Abstract: The present invention discloses a gas sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. The sensor includes: a substrate; a sensing electrode extended in the first direction on the substrate; a plurality of heaters which are separated on both sides of the sensing electrode in the second direction, crossed by the first direction on the substrate. The plurality of heaters may include graphene.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A light emitting diode is provided to form a transparent electrode with a graphene, thereby improving transmission efficiency in all regions including the infrared region. CONSTITUTION: A current diffusion layer is disposed on a P-type semiconductor layer. A transparent electrode(110) is disposed on the current diffusion layer. The transparent electrode is made with graphene. A P-type electrode(114) is disposed on the transparent electrode. An N-type electrode(116) is disposed on an N-type semiconductor layer.
