CONSTITUTION: A routing control device of ad hoc network(100) comprises a binding request receiver(110) and a table manger(120). The binding request receiver unit receives the IP binding request from a gateway(30) of the ad hoc network. If the IP binding request is received by the binding request receiver unit, the table manager unit updates the information of the second binding table(300) for the gateway handover or the first binding table(200) for MN registration or MN handover.
