PURPOSE: Video conference control system and video conference reservation method are provided to offer a stable video conference by managing resources according to an advanced reservation. CONSTITUTION: A video conference reservation device (110) receives video conference reservation resource data. A resource management controller (121) collects resource data required for a video conference according to the video conference reservation resource data and generates a resource management policy. A network resource utilization processor (122) provides the resource data required for a video conference according to the resource management policy to a plurality of terminals (140-142). Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for supporting seamless mobility using a multi-radio interface in a mobile terminal are provided to support fast handover without requesting changing or adding a function in an AR(Access Router). A main controller(110) initializes a multi-radio interface in standby state, generates active and standby tunnels and switches the active tunnel into the standby tunnel in an initiated state. A searching unit(140) periodically searches connection points connected to each interface. An interface handover processing unit(120) selects an optimum connection point from among the searched connection points, determines active and standby interfaces according to a state of each interface when the initiated state is confirmed, and requests the main controller to generate the active and standby tunnels and switch the tunnels according to a state of a radio link with respect to the determined active and standby interfaces. An interface state selection unit(124) includes functions related to an active tunnel creation request, a standby tunnel creation request and a tunnel switchover request.

PURPOSE: A flow based QoS(Quality of Service) router and an operation method thereof are provided to reflect an QoS policy for specific traffic and monitoring for abnormal traffic by executing a real-time statistics processing function for massive data. CONSTITUTION: An SSC(System Supervisor Controller) receives flow information requesting the filtering and flow information which does not request filtering from a line card unit. The SSC stores the flow information requesting the filtering and the flow information. A manager terminal(100) monitors the flow information requesting the filtering and the flow information which does not request the filtering. The manager terminal executes the filtering and the application of QoS for the specific flow. An AP(Application Processor) directs the application of the QoS for the specific flow according to the request of the SSC. A method for supporting mobility by using a security tunnel is provided to supply mobility to an external network and mobility inside a network while guaranteeing security of a small network. When a connected terminal moves, a mobility support apparatus generates a standby tunnel according to a request of the terminal(S660). A tunnel pre-generated in the terminal is compared with stability of the standby tunnel(S710). When connection to the terminal is changed to the stable standby tunnel, the standby channel is changed into an active tunnel(S770). And a service used in the terminal is provided through the standby tunnel.
Abstract:
A seamless handover control method between heterogeneous networks for preventing data loss and guaranteeing the continuity of a service and an apparatus thereof are provided to perform the continuity of the service by using a tunnel switching function. An interface management module of a mobile terminal compares the radio signal of an active interface and the radio signal of a standby interface(S710). A switching point of time of the tunnel for changing the standby tunnel into the active tunnel is determined. A tunneling protocol module requests the change over of tunnel as the control server through the standby tunnel(S720). The handover of the mobile terminal is performed by changing the standby tunnel(S735). The mobile terminal received through the existing active tunnel is received through the new active tunnel(S745).
