MXM 트랜잭션을 사용하는 개체에서 트랜잭션을 제어하기 위한 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 트랜잭션은 하나 이상의 부-세션을 포함할 수 있고, 부-세션은 계층적일 수 있다. 계층적인 부--션을 제어하기 위한 신택스, 트랜잭션 제어 메시지의 신택스 및 콘텐츠 전송 제어 메시지의 신택스가 개시된다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for transmitting packets in an MPEG media transport (MMT) system comprising: an MMT packetizing unit which generates MMT packets by recording standard time information related to a media access unit (AU) for providing synchronization of the media AU; and a transmission unit which transmits the generated MMT packets to a recipient side. Accordingly, a synchronization between different media can be provided in a hybrid transmission environment where media streams belonging to one program are transmitted from different servers. PURPOSE: A directional information based fast mode decision method in scalable video coding is provided to perform real time processing a process of scalable video coding by speeding up an encoding process. CONSTITUTION: A video encoder applies a decision block according to a motion encoding result with respect to a lower layer of an inputted video frame to motion encoding of a higher layer. The video encoder decides a prediction candidate block mode of the higher layer using directional information according to the motion encoding of the higher layer and applies direction information in the neighboring blocks to a current block(440). The video encoder decides candidate block modes of the current block which uses the directional information of the neighboring blocks, calculates RDC(Rate Distortion Cost) with respect to the decided candidate blocks and decides the final encoding block mode(450,460). PURPOSE: A time stamp allocation method for a video service having non-increasing frame order is provided to automatically calculate a time stamp by using a frame indicator when a video of a hierarchical frame rate structure is encoded. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of frames that are decoded in a non-increasing frame order based video encoding method is received. Time stamps are calculated by using frame rate indicators corresponding to each frame(S420). The time stamp of a current frame is added on a connection list(S440). The time stamp of the calculated current frame is stored according to the frame rate indicators. All time stamps are deleted if the current frame rate indicator is equivalent to the maximum frame rate(S460).

PURPOSE: A real-time on-demand service providing method and package content of an open type IPTV service environment are provided to download user providing content according to the request of a user. CONSTITUTION: The subscription of a package content provider is requested to a package content integrated management server(110) according to the request of a package content provider(100). The package contents provider is subscribed to the package content integrated management server. Package content use information is downloaded from the package content integrated management server. The package content is generated by using the downloaded package content use information.
