PURPOSE: A method of preparing a printed material by insertion of copy and forgery preventing techniques for displaying a latent image into encryption techniques of image information using a safety cord of individuals, encrypted key cord of organs, encrypted algorithm and random number algorithm and step-like map is provided. By providing a decoding apparatus for easily identify forgery, the discrimination of forgery by the naked eye or a device is easily achieved. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps: a first encryption for forming a random number map, inputting a safety cord, inputting an image into a treating apparatus, normalizing the input image, decomposing the normalized image into a picture element; a second encryption for mapping the encrypted information; a third encryption for changing a basic element to a picture element; an insertion for inserting a latent image displaying mark on a puzzle pattern; an insertion for inserting an encryption key cord on the encrypted image; an encryption for encrypting the image information image; an input for inputting the encrypted image into the treating apparatus; a normalization for normalizing the inputted image; an extraction for inputting the inputted safety cord and extracting on an encrypted image; and a decryption and restoration.

PURPOSE: Provided are a hologram ribbon with a forgery-free function which examines easily whether to be real by an instrument and a preparation method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the hologram ribbon comprises the steps of: forming a release layer(20) by applying a release agent to a resin based film support(10) and then applying a protective resin selected from the group consisting of polyester, polyamide, polycarbonate, cellulose ester, fluorine based resin, polyacetal and polyimide resin to form a protective resin layer(30); printing a hidden image using a polyacrylate based resin, laminating a hologram metal deposition layer(40) and washing off with an alcohol to de-metalize the hidden image printed part; and laminating an adhesive layer(50) by applying an adhesive containing at least 2 fluorescent materials selected from an organic or inorganic fluorescent, phosphorescent or invisible fluorescent material.

Abstract:
Security paper and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to apply a forgery prevention technique through hologram and a characteristic of a functional material to the security paper, thereby making the security paper be recognizable in specific wavelengths. Security paper comprises a hologram foil and a paper sheet coated with a functional material-applying resin layer. The hologram foil is obtained by sequentially laminating a protecting resin layer(20), a hologram image(25), a metal layer(30), and an adhesive layer(35). The functional material-applying resin layer contains a fluorescent material or infrared absorption material, which is selected from a group consisting of at least two kinds of invisible fluorescent materials emitting different wavelengths. The adhesive layer and the functional material-applying resin layer are bonded to each other. Further, the paper is used in order to prevent forgery of a bank bill, security, a certificate of residence and so on.

본 발명은 위·변조 방지기능이 부가된 홀로그램 리본 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 수지계 필름 지지체에 이형제를 처리한 후, 그 위에 보호층을 형성시키고나서 알콜 타입의 수지로 비표인쇄를 실시하고, 금속물질을 증착하여 홀로그램 효과를 부가한 다음, 알콜을 이용하여 금속증착층의 비표화 부분을 탈금속화한 후, 각각 다른 파장에서 발광하는 2종 이상의 형광물질을 접착제에 혼합적용함으로서, 위조방법에 의해 분리시에는 홀로그램 이미지가 파기되고, 자외선 광조사시에는 탈금속화된 부위에서 형광 고유의 색상이 발광함에 따라 기기에 의한 진위여부를 쉽게 검사할 수 있는 홀로그램 리본 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 리본은 보안성이 요구되는 은행권, 유가증권류, 신분증 등 각종 인쇄물에 적용시에 위·변조 방지기능 및 내구성이 우수하다.

PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-counterfeit and forgery dichroic fluorescent ink comprising a fluorescent ink which radiates different colors at specific wave length(long wave 365 nm, short wave 254 nm) and a colored ink as complementary color. CONSTITUTION: The ink comprises 83-91 wt% of invisible fluorescent ink comprising 3-8 wt% of invisible fluorescent material having long wave(2), 19-40 wt% of invisible fluorescent material having short wave(1), 41-74 wt% of varnish(3), 2-7 wt% of aliphatic solvent having high boiling point, and 2-4 wt% of dessicating agent of manganese or cobalt drier. The invisible fluorescent material having long wave emits a light at 365 nm, and invisible fluorescent material having short wave emits a light at 254 nm. The invisible fluorescent materials having long wave and short wave are selected from the group consisting of LUMILUX CD 402, 702 and 770 respectively.

PURPOSE: Prints for preventing duplication and forgery of a video information encoded image according to representation of a latent image and a method for forming the prints are provided to easily judge a forgery. CONSTITUTION: A random number map is generated, and a security code is inputted. An image is inputted to a processor, and the color, size and region of the inputted image are adjusted and normalized. The normalized image is divided into R, G and B components using the random number map. The first coding of making each of the components a square puzzle is carried out. The second coding of imaging the coded information to a single-gradation map is performed. The third coding of combining the imaged information in unit of the basic components to make a square, triangle or circular puzzle or convert the basic components into a single pixel is executed. A coding key code is inserted into the coded image. Video information image is coded and inputted to a processor. Gradient correction, size correction and coding key code of the inputted image are extracted. The security code is inputted or extracted from the coded image. The image is decoded and restored.
