Abstract: According to the present invention, a method of fabricating a laminating plate on which an intagliated lens cell is formed comprises a) using electroplating to form an electrolytic plated film on the top of a silver screen after forming the conductive silver screen on a surface of a plastic electrocast plate in which the intagliated lens cell is formed continuously; b) obtaining a metal plate formed with the intagliated lens cell by separating the electrolytic plated film from the plastic electrocast plate; c) obtaining a metal plate which is cut by cutting the metal plate formed with the intagliated lens cell in a constant shape and size; and d) attaching the cut metal plate to a recess groove of the laminating plate which is formed with the recess groove by using the adhesive agent.
