Abstract: PURPOSE: A display-on-card with a display function, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a flexible printed circuit board with a printed process method, thereby simply implementing an environmentally friendly production process. CONSTITUTION: A pattern is printed on an upper substrate of a smart card inlay. An insulating layer is spread on an area excluding a via hole connecting the upper substrate and a lower substrate. The pattern is printed on the lower substrate of the smart card inlay. The insulating layer is spread on an area excluding a via hole on which a component will be mounted. Spreading is performed by using an inkjet or a roll-to-roll printing process method.
