Abstract: 본 발명은 중공사막을 이용한 단백질의 효소 처리장치 및 이를 이용한 온-라인 프로테오믹스 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명에 따른 단백질의 효소 처리 장치는 기존 효소처리과정에서 발생되는 효소활성도의 낮은 재현성을 근본적으로 해결하여 효소처리과정을 통해 회수되는 펩티드의 회수율이 높을 뿐 아니라 단일 단계로 분리ㆍ정제함으로써 정제에 필요한 시간을 줄이고 더 높은 수율을 가져올 수 있으며, 특히 인간의 질병과 관련된 바이오마커 발굴 연구에 있어서는 단백질의 검출 감도를 고효율로 하면서도 통계적인 분석방법을 통해 질병 특이적 단백질 바이오 마커 개발에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
