Abstract:
본 발명은 분리막의 오염 정도를 측정하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 형광나노입자를 담지한 분리막 표면의 형광 피크 세기 감소를 모니터링함으로써 분리막의 오염 정도를 실시간으로 측정하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 분리막 오염도 측정방법을 이용하는 경우 형광신호를 통한 막 표면 오염(fouling) 정도 분석 및 가능성 타진이 가능하게 되어 수처리 분리막의 세정주기 및 교체시기 진단이 실시간으로 가능하게 되며, 오염층 두께의 정밀한 검측이 가능하여 수처리 공정에서 막 오염 측정 시 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Visible-light photoactive spherical carbon porous materials and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the generation of loss due to the collision of particles and to uniform the surface of the carbon porous materials. CONSTITUTION: Titanium ion-exchanging resin is prepared by ion-exchanging titanium in a precursor form with respect to a strong acidic cationic exchanging resin. A transition metal in a precursor form is immersed in the titanium ion-exchanging resin to obtain titanium-transition metal ion-exchanging resin. The titanium-transition metal ion-exchanging resin is insolubilized. The insolubilized titanium-transition metal ion-exchanging resin is carbonized. The carbonized titanium-transition metal ion-exchanging resin is activated.

A method for preparing multifunctional spherical activated carbon having photoactivity which is applied to remove harmful materials in the air or water, and has antibacterial capability is provided. A method for preparing spherical activated carbon having photoactivity comprises: a step of mixing a cation exchange resin carrier with a photocatalytic metal ion solution to perform ion exchange reaction thereof, and drying the ion exchange reacted material; an insolubilization step which is performed at a temperature of 250 to 350 deg.C in the air atmosphere for 2.0 to 10.0 hours; a carbonization step which is performed at a temperature of 500 to 900 deg.C in an inert gas atmosphere for 0.2 to 2.0 hours; and an activation step which is performed at a temperature of 850 to 1100 deg.C in a steam-contained inert gas atmosphere for 0.2 to 2.0 hours.
