Abstract: A jig apparatus for assembling a vehicle suspension module is provided to precisely move left and right trailing arms to assembly positions at one time and to shorten the assembly time and cost. A jig apparatus for assembling a vehicle suspension module comprises a lower plate(110), a plurality of fixing blocks(111), mounting plates(112) and a plurality of support units(122,123a,123b). The fixing blocks are fixed to certain positions of the top surface of the lower plate. The mounting plates(112) are fixed to the fixing blocks, respectively. The support units are installed at certain positions of the top surfaces of the mounting plate and the lower plate to support each portion of the suspension module as well as trailing arms. Each support unit comprises a housing(124) and a support shaft(127). The housing is fixed to the top surface of the mounting plate or the top surface of the lower plate. The support shaft supports a corresponding portion of the suspension module.
