Abstract: PURPOSE: An installing device of a net in a luggage room for a vehicle is provided to maintain the firmly restricting status of luggage by combining a net hook with a rail on the floor of the luggage room. CONSTITUTION: Rails(30) are formed on a luggage board. A net hook(50) is formed to move through the rails. The occupation space of a net is maximized by installing the rails lengthwise both sides of the luggage board. Thereby, luggage is fixed easily without regard to the size or the shape. CONSTITUTION: In a method of coupling a dash isolation pad of a vehicle, plural holes(20) are installed in a dash isolation pad(2), to install a holder support(21) with the base closed.
