Abstract: PURPOSE: A vibration isolating plate prevents vibration sound from occurring at a windshield glass by mounting a vibration preventing plate between a lower panel and an upper panel. CONSTITUTION: A vibration isolating plate(10) has an upper folded part(15) of a reversed L form at the upper portion thereof and a lower folded part(20) of an L form at the lower portion thereof. The upper folded part(15) is attached to an upper panel of an engine room by welding. The lower folded part(20) is attached to a lower panel of the engine room by welding. A stiffening plate(30) having a section of a C form is mounted on the center of the upper folded part(15) and the lower folded part(20) to the direction of a length. Therefore, the vibration occurred on traveling cannot be transmitted through the upper panel to a windshield glass by mounting the vibration preventing plate(10) between the lower panel and the upper panel. Thus, vibration sound does not be occurred at the windshield glass.
