Abstract: PURPOSE: A sound absorption material for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the recovering of porous waste poly urethane foam even after compression and improve the sound-absorbing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorption material for a vehicle consists of polyethylene terephthalate regular fiber layers of 70-95wt% and waste poly urethane fragments of 5-20wt% surface-processed by polyol and methylene chloride with respect to the weight 700-1000g/m¬2 of the sound absorption material, both being compressed in a homogeneously distributed state.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A separating apparatus of plastic mixed material is provided to be capable of effectively separating plastic material by selectively floating plastic particles using specific weight difference in water, thereby enhancing the recycling rate of vehicle plastic parts and reducing environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: Plastic material pulverized into predetermined particles is housed together with water into an agitating tank(12). The mixed plastic material and water are agitated and cleaned by an agitator(11), which is driven by an agitating motor(10). The plastic material together with water supplied from the agitating tank(12) is sorted into low and high density materials by specific weight difference in a classifying tank(14). The plastic material and water within the agitating tank(12) are fed to the classifying tank(14) through a mixed material passage(13) with a predetermined valve. Within the classifying tank(14), air is generated by an air generator.
