Abstract: 본 발명은 엔진의 보기류 장착 구조에 관한 것으로, 엔진의 실린더 블럭과 오일 팬 사이의 결합부위로 고정이 이루어지는 마운팅 브라켓트를 매개로 하여 실린더 블럭과 오일 팬 사이의 공간으로 설치 공간을 점유하는 보기류를 견고하게 장착시킴으로써, 보기류의 장착성을 용이하게 함과 더불어 주행중 차량의 NVH 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 엔진의 실린더 블럭(10)의 측부에 상측 2점의 고정 지점과 오일 팬(12)의 측부에 하측 2점의 고정 지점을 형성하고서 상기 실린더 블럭(10)과 상기 오일 팬(12) 사이의 공간으로 설치되는 엔진의 보기류 장착 구조에 있어서, 상기 실린더 블럭(10)과 오일 팬(12) 사이의 접합 부위에 상단부가 고정되는 주몸체부(14a)와, 이 주몸체부(14a)의 하측에 보기류의 고정을 위한 하측 2점의 고정 지점을 형성하는 보스부(14c)를 갖춘 마운팅 브라켓트(14)를 매개로 하여 보기류가 상기 실린더 블럭(10)과 상기 오일 팬(12) 사이의 공간으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for mounting a supplementary apparatus of an engine is provided to stably mount a supplementary apparatus such as a power steering pump, an air conditioner compressor, a generator, a water pump and the like in a space between a cylinder block and an oil pan of an engine via a mounting bracket, thereby simplifying the mounting of a supplementary apparatus and improving the NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) of a car while the car is running. CONSTITUTION: A structure for mounting a supplementary apparatus of an engine includes a mounting bracket(14) via which a supplementary apparatus is mounted in a space between a cylinder block(10) and an oil pan(12) of the engine. The mounting bracket has a main body part of which an upper part is fixed to joining portions between the cylinder block and the oil panel, and boss parts forming two fixing points to a lower part of the main body part for fixing the supplementary apparatus. The main body part is formed with flange parts by folding an upper end outwardly to surface-contact the joining portions.

Abstract: A ladder frame of an engine is disclosed, in which noise and vibrations are minimized, the installability of the oil filter is improved, and inclusion of air is reduced in the oil flowing from the cylinder head to the oil pan. Inside an elongate rectangular outer block, three partitioning walls are formed equidistantly, so as to form four crank chambers. The crank chambers of the outer block respectively have bottom faces which are not perforated or open but are completely closed. On the side parts of the bottom faces, there are respectively formed oil flow faces which gradually become deeper in the direction of the revolutions of the crankshaft. Among the oil flow faces, those of the first, second and third crank chambers have oil drain holes respectively at their ends. Thus the bottoms of the crank chambers are closed so as to close the space between the cylinder block and the oil pan, resulting in the reduction of the noise and vibrations.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil supplement system is provided to automatically supplement oil when engine oil is consumed. CONSTITUTION: An oil supplement system includes: an oil tank(11); an engine(14) including an oil pipe(12) flowing oil therethrough from the oil tank and an oil pan(13) storing the oil from the oil pipe; an oil hydraulic valve(15) opening/shutting the oil pipe; an oil pressure sensor(16) detecting hydraulic pressure of oil; an ECU(Electronic Control Unit,17); a first solenoid valve(18) driven according to the change of oil pressure; a second solenoid valve opening/shutting the oil hydraulic valve; and a vacuum pump(21) driving the valve. The reduction of oil pressure in the engine is detected through the oil pressure sensor and fed to the ECU. The ECU drives the first solenoid valve with the vacuum pump. Thereby, the flow of oil pressure is generated and the pressure of oil rises up. The oil hydraulic valve is opened by the second solenoid valve, and the engine oil in the oil tank flows into the oil pan. The oil hydraulic valve is closed when the sufficient amount of engine oil is supplemented. Therefore, the oil is not supplied any more.
