Abstract: PURPOSE: An injector for an LPI vehicle is provided to prevent foreign materials accumulated around a jet hole of an injector body because a connection hole is formed between the jet hole and a guide hole of an icing tip. CONSTITUTION: An injector for an LPI vehicle comprises an injector body(110), an icing tip(120) which is connected to the front of a jet hole(111) of the injector body, and an injector orifice plate(130) which comprises a down-bent portion(132) formed on the peripheral surface thereof and a triangular protrusion(133) formed on the center lower portion thereof. The diameter of the jet hole of the injector body is larger than that of a guide hole of the icing tip. Abstract: A fuel error-control protecting system for an LPI system vehicle and a method thereof are provided to decide a practical trouble using an interface module by communicating between the interface module and an ECU(Engine Control Unit) for preventing occurrence of an error code due to fuel error-control. A fuel error-control protecting system for an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Injection) system vehicle comprises the followings; an engine(50); a gas injector(40); an LPG fuel tank(10); a fuel pump(12); a first fuel blocking valve blocking fuel flowing out of the LPG fuel tank; a second fuel blocking valve(20) installed between the LPG fuel tank and the gas injector, to control supply of gas; a battery(90); a fuel pump relay(16); a pressure regulator(30) reducing pressure of the gas supplied from the LPG fuel tank; an ECU(70); an interface module(60); an LPG switch(45) blocking supply of fuel when off; and a main relay(72) controlling supply of power to the fuel pump relay according to on/off of the LPG switch. The interface module diagnoses circuits around the LPG switch and transmits the result to the ECU, and the ECU decides whether to start fuel control based on idle compensation of the vehicle in accordance with the result.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pressure reducer of an LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) vehicle is provided to improve the commercial value and safety of a vehicle by surely cutting off the supply of fuel when an engine is restarted and by avoiding the delay of hot or cold starting. CONSTITUTION: A pressure reducer(100) of an LPG vehicle is divided into a first pressure reducing chamber and a second pressure reducing chamber(120). The first pressure reducing chamber includes a first valve, a first valve lever, a first diaphragm and a first diaphragm spring. The second pressure reducing chamber includes a second valve(122), a second valve lever(124), a second diaphragm(126) and a second diaphragm spring(128). A fuel cut solenoid(140) is installed on a connecting path(101) between the first pressure reducing chamber and the second pressure reducing chamber. The fuel cut solenoid surely cuts the inflow of fuel to the second pressure reducing chamber. Therefore, defective starting due to enriching or leaning of fuel is avoided.
