전체 조성물 중량 대비 폴리프로필렌 블록 공중합체 수지 25 내지 97 중량%, 열가소성 탄성체 고무 1 내지 40 중량%, 무기 충전재 1 내지 30 중량% 및 불소-아크릴 아미드계 공중합체 1 내지 5 중량% 를 포함함으로써 내스크래치성 및 저광택성이 우수하여 자동차 내외장재의 고급화를 가능하게 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyolefin resin composition comprising 25-97 wt% of a polypropylene block copolymer resin, 1-40 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer rubber, 1-30 wt% of an inorganic filler, and 1-5 wt% of a fluorinated acrylamide-based copolymer based on the total amount of the composition and having a good scratch resistance and low gloss, thereby contributing to the gentrified interior and exterior materials of an automobile, and to a method of preparing the same.

PURPOSE: A biodegradable polylactic acid resin composition is provided to have excellent crystallinity, heat resistance, and processability, and to reduce environmental contamination by being easily decomposed. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable polylactic acid resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of resin mixture and 1-10 parts by weight of mixture including talc and a nucleating agent. The resin mixture is formed of 10-60 weight% of polylactic acid with an average molecular weight of 160,00-350,000, and 40-90 weight% of mixture including an ABS resin and an SAN resin. The average molecular weight of the ABS resin is 70,000-120,000, and the average molecular weight of the SAN resin is 100,000-220,000. The polylactic acid is one or more selected from poly L-lactic acid, poly D-lactic acid, and poly L,D-lactic acid.

본 발명은 항복강도 등의 기계적 성질을 향상시킨 커넥팅로드용 합금분말 조성물 및 이를 이용한 커넥팅로드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 탄소(C) 0.45~0.75 중량%, 크롬(Cr) 1.40~1.60 중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.15~0.25 중량%, 망간(Mn) 0.3~0.5 중량%, 황(S) 0.05~0.15 중량% 이하, 그리고 잔량의 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성된 합금분말을 금형에 주입후 프레스로 가압하여 예비성형체를 성형하는 단계; 상기 예비성형체를 소결로에서 소결하는 단계; 상기 소결된 예비성형체를 단조프레스 다이에서 가압하여 단조하는 단계; 상기 단조를 마친 예비성형체를 질소분위기에서 냉각하는 단계; 를 포함하고, 기존의 소결 기어류에 쓰이던 Astaloy CrM(Fe-3.0Cr-0.5Mo)의 조성물 중 Cr의 함유량을 1.5중량%로 낮추고, 환원분위기 소결로 일반 소결로에서 산화 억제 및 고강도화가 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥팅로드용 합금분말 조성물을 이용한 커넥팅로드의 제조방법을 제공한다.

An abrasion test apparatus of plastic surface for vehicle interior is provided to confirm the load applied to a specimen in real time by using a load measuring device on the lower side of a loader in which the specimen is loaded. An abrasion test apparatus of plastic surface for vehicle interior comprises a supporting part(300) in which rails(310) are formed on the upper side, a test jig(320) in which wheels are formed to slide on the rails of the supporting part, rubbing sailcloth(400) which is fixed in reciprocation directions of the test jig, and a driving part(330) formed on one side of the test jig to reciprocate the test jig, a settling part(350) which is formed under the rubbing sailcloth in order to mount a specimen. The driving part includes a moving shaft(470) which is combined with one side center of the test jig, a rotary shaft(340) coupled with one end of the moving shaft, a motor(500) which is connected to the rotary shaft in order to drive the rotary shaft, and a controller(480) which controls the speed of the motor.

A method for manufacturing a notch unit of a connecting rod is provided to improve durability of the notch unit by molding the notch unit which has a decarbonized area with a processing tool after a sintering/forging process. A method for manufacturing a notch unit of a connecting rod comprises the steps: forming the notch unit by using a mold; and molding a notch part which has a decarbonized area by using a processing tool when the decarbonized area is generated after progressing a sintering process, a forging process, and a cooling down process so as to extend life expectancy of the notch unit of the connecting rod.
