    Abstract: PURPOSE: Sub frame fixing structure for a vehicle is provided to reduce noise and vibration by absorbing load from the road surface with increasing the stiffness of the rear fixing part of the sub frame, to prevent a driver from being injured by restricting the dash panel from being pushed at a collision, and to improve stability in suddenly stopping or cornering. CONSTITUTION: A sub frame fixing system comprises a dash panel(100) fixing upper parts of a reinforcing member and a gusset(130); a reinforcing member(110) having an L-shaped section, fixing to the upper part of the dash panel and attaching a front side rear member(120) and the lower part of the gusset; the gusset having the L-shaped section and a bent part including an insertion hole fitting a pipe nut(180), and attaching to a nut movement preventive bracket(140); the nut movement preventive bracket having a nut insertion hole(142) fitting the pipe nut and fixing to the gusset; a sub frame(170) combined with the front side rear member by the pipe nut and a fixing bolt(190) with a through hole; a first bushing member(150) having an insertion hole(152) fitting the fixing bolt and a guide part(154) penetrated by the fixing bolt and attaching to the sub frame; and a second bushing member(160) installed between the sub frame and the front side rear member. Driving experience is improved by reducing vibration and noise, and injury of the driver is prevented by restricting the dash panel from being pushed at a collision.
