The bypass pipe bypasses some sections of an intake pipe(1) of an engine. The section reducing part is equipped in some sections of the bypass pipe. The nozzle pipe connects a purge line(7) to the section reducing part. The auxiliary pipe connects the purge line to downstream of the section reducing part connected to the nozzle pipe of the bypass pipe.

The holders include a cylindrical coupling part coupled with the hook member and a rectangular support to support the baffles. The coupling parts of the holders are formed with cross-shaped recesses to receive the hook member. The hook members are coupled with the body of the fuel tank, and include a head and a hook extended from the head to be coupled with the holders.
