Abstract: PURPOSE: An outside handle driving device for vehicles is provided to prevent the open of a door in spite of impact in a vertical and horizontal direction of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An outside handle driving device for vehicles comprises a grip(10), a disk lever(30), a weight(40), and a return spring. One end of the grip is mounted on the base(20) which is installed in a door panel. The disk lever rotates in the base toward the longitudinal direction of a vehicle. The disk lever is connected spirally with the one-side end of the grip. The return spring is installed between a support bar and a weight. The support bar is supported with the base.
