    Abstract: PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide recovery device is provided to control the amount of moisture in absorption solution absorbing carbon dioxide and to largely reduce the amount of energy consumed for regeneration of the absorption solution. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery device comprises an absorption tower(10), a regeneration tower(20), a heat exchanger(30), and a dehydrator(100). The absorption tower absorbs carbon dioxide in exhaust gas into absorption solution. The regeneration tower is discharged from the absorption tower and heats and regenerates carbon dioxide absorption solution. The heat exchanger is installed on a line between the absorption tower and the regeneration tower and performs heat exchange between the carbon dioxide absorption solution and regeneration absorption solution. The dehydrator is installed on the line which is before transferred to the heat exchanger and absorbs moisture in the regeneration absorption solution.
