Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmission-mounting bracket is provided to stably mount a transmission to a cross member, prevent separation of the transmission in front and rear collisions of the vehicle, and control clearance between the transmission and the cross member. CONSTITUTION: A transmission-mounting bracket includes an upper bracket(10) to which a transmission is fixed; mounting rubbers(20) attached to the lower ends of the upper bracket as one body; a lower bracket(30) fixed to each mounting rubber as one body and fixed to a cross member(C) of the vehicle; and a control device(40) with bolts(32,42), passing through the upper and lower brackets and the cross member, and a nut(44) combined to the set position of the bolt, to move the transmission-mounting bracket within a predetermined range in front and rear collisions of the vehicle. Thus, breakage of peripheral parts is prevented in front and rear collisions of the vehicle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle having an apparatus for preventing breakage of a fuel tank is provided to prevent fire or explosion by restricting collision of a fuel tank and a propeller shaft with inserting an impact preventive protector and a high stiffness rubber. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle has an engine(110) generating rotational force; a transmission system(120) receiving rotational force from the engine; power train units(130,160,180) having a front drive shaft transmitting rotational force to front wheels partially, a propeller shaft transmitting remaining rotational force to rear wheels, and a rear drive shaft driving rear wheels with rotational force from the propeller shaft; a fuel system(150) having a fuel tank installed at a side of the propeller shaft; and an impact preventive protector(210) installed between the propeller shaft and the fuel tank. An impact buffer rubber(220) is mounted between the impact preventive protector and the fuel tank. Fire or explosion is prevented by restricting the propeller shaft from being bumped into the fuel tank.

CONSTITUTION: A torsion bar(10) restores torsion of a lower arm with improving the rigidity. A torsion pipe(30) is installed in the outer periphery of the torsion bar to increase torsion by receiving torsion reaction of the torsion bar. The end of the torsion pipe is connected to a connecting pipe(40), and the end of the connecting pipe is fixed in an anchor bracket. The torsion pipe is integrally connected to the connecting pipe with engagement. Torsion reaction force is transmitted to the torsion pipe in twisting the torsion bar, and torsion is increased without extending the length of the torsion bar.
