Abstract: PURPOSE: A tension adjuster of a tensioner pulley for a compressor of an air conditioner in a vehicle is provided to install and separate a driving belt conveniently and simply by adjusting tension automatically with a spring and eliminating tension of the driving belt completely with pulling a lever back. CONSTITUTION: A tension adjusting apparatus is composed of a tensioner pulley(11) moving on a bracket(13) with a driving belt(10); and a tension remaining unit keeping tension of the tensioner pulley. The tension remaining unit has a lever(14) supported on the bracket, and pushed and pulled, a tensioner shaft(16) connected to the lever with penetrating the rear end of a tensioner pulley body, a spring support plate(17) combined with the lower part of the tensioner shaft, and a tensioner spring(18) installed between the spring support plate and the tensioner pulley body to support the tensioner pulley body. The driving belt is installed and separated conveniently by adjusting tension of the driving belt with the spring.
