Abstract:
A warping machine for interlacing is provided to perform warping and interlacing simultaneously by installing a yarn collection plate, and to save time and resources through reducing the total number of processes. Plural base yarn bobbins(110) are installed. The base yarn wound around the bobbin is released. The released base yarn is processed to be a processed yarn at an interlacing part(200). A warping part(300) arranges and guides the processed yarn processed at the interlacing part. A beam part(400) winds the processed yarn around the rotating bobbin. One or plural base yarn strand pass through plural yarn traveling tubes. An inside air supply tube combines the base yarn passing through the yarn traveling tube by blowing compressed air inside of each yarn traveling tube. A compressor(230) supplies the compressed air to the inside air supply tube. A compressed air supply switchgear is equipped between the compressor and the inside air supply tube, and opens and closes the compressed air to the inside air supply tube.

PURPOSE: A loom including a pressure-type body detachable system is provided to minimize time loss used for replacing a broken body by hand, and to freely adjust pressure fixing the body while preventing a safety accident. CONSTITUTION: A loom including a pressure-type body detachable system(100) includes a body mounting member(110), a body fastener(120), a body(130), and a fastener elevating member(140). The body mounting member is used for mounting the body and reciprocates by external power. The body mounting member includes an opening part(112) and has a narrow trapezoidal shape. The body fastener and the fastener elevating member are connected to a connection member(142) of a rod shape.

PURPOSE: A textile manufacturing method forming a concave-convex pattern is provided to reduce processing cost and process time by designing a process to offer concavo-convex effects on fabric. CONSTITUTION: A textile manufacturing method forming a concave-convex pattern includes the following steps of: making textile in which a general region and a concave-convex region are mixed(S110); forming a concave-convex pattern due to difference of a shrinkage rate of the general region and the concave-convex region(S120); and performing a first heat-treating process to fix the contracted textile(S130). A warp and a weft of the concave-convex region and the general region are arranged by interlacing the general yarn and high shrinkage yarn.
