The present invention relates to permethrin grafted polybutadiene polymer resin and a manufacturing method thereof in which permethrin is connected to the double bond of the polybutadiene and grafted by putting radical-based reaction catalysts after the polybutadiene and permethrin are dissolved in an organic solvent.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a double raschel mesh and a double raschel mesh thereof are provided to improve the texture of a surface and a design without exposing intermediate filaments which are overlapped on the bottom of a surface layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a double raschel mesh includes a step for guiding rear filaments forming surface filaments(164), intermediate filaments(163), and a rear surface layer to a needle group by a double raschel wrapping machine. The double raschel wrapping machine includes a plurality of guide needle groups consisting of a plurality of guide needles(111,112,113,114,115,116) and a plurality of needle groups weaving a double raschel mesh and located on each guide needle group.

The present invention relates to an exterior material using a polyurethane resin and a method for manufacturing the same. The exterior material decorates fabric and includes: an attachment layer attached to the fabric; a flattening layer which flattens the surface on the attachment layer; a foam layer on the flattening layer; a color applying layer which can express various colors on the foam layer; and a surface reinforcing layer which protects the surface on the color applying layer.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of double raschel knitted fabric and the double raschel knitted fabric are provided to manufacture the different double raschel knitted fabrics in height by changing supply speed of a first surface yarn group by controlling a yarn feed adjusting device. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of double raschel knitted fabric manufactures the double raschel knitted fabric consisting of a surface layer(151), a rear surface layer(153), and an intermediate layer(152) connecting the surface layer and the rear surface layer by a double raschel warp knitting machine. The surface layer is formed by weaving a loop. A first surface yarn group(133) has a cross direction concavo-convex(150a) on a location corresponding to a floating section.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing tube yarns with a double raschel warp knitting machine is provided to manufacture several strands of the tube yarns, and to make the tube yarns with various colors and cushion property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing tube yarns with a double raschel warp knitting machine(100) includes the following steps: forming the first surface of the rube yarns by forming bonding yarns with underlapping while moving raw yarns from a first guide needle to a second guide needle; forming the second surface of the tube yarns by forming the bonding yarns after knitting the raw yarns supplied from a fifth guide needle; and forming cushion yarns bonding the first and the second surfaces.

A double raschel machine is provided to control a role of a needle conveniently by adjusting a rotation diameter of a needle bar, and to make designs of double raschel efficiently. A double raschel machine includes the followings: a needle bar(150) in which six needles(152) are arranged on one side, and rotated by a first rotary shaft(151) with a constant angle; a first shaft(140) rotating the needle bar to the fixed angle, and connected with the other side of the needle bar; and a rotation plate(130) in which a plurality of first shaft connection grooves are formed, and rotated with a second rotary shaft(131) to the fixed angle.
