Abstract: PURPOSE: An injury preventing device from a brake pedal is provided to protect a driver safely against the brake pedal by restricting impact to the brake pedal with separating an emergency bracket combined with the brake pedal from a booster with explosion of powder at a collision. CONSTITUTION: An injury preventing device is composed of an emergency bracket(11) connected between a brake pedal(10) and a booster rod(22); a separation unit displacing the emergency bracket from the brake pedal and the booster rod at a collision; a buffer unit buffering the brake pedal turning in displacing the emergency bracket and bumping into a dash panel(100); and a locking unit fixing the position of the booster rod separated by the separation unit. Transmission of impact energy is shut off by disconnecting the brake pedal from the booster with using explosive force of the powder at the collision of the vehicle.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake power restrict valve of a vehicle is provided to reduce the production cost by using low-price parts and to prevent the occurrence of an accident by maintaining the uniform brake pressure of rear wheels even if a hydraulic pipe line is damaged or a tandem mater cylinder is broken. CONSTITUTION: A brake power restrict valve of a vehicle comprises a valve housing(21) having an inlet nipple(21a) connected with a hydraulic pipe(3) and an outlet nipple(21b) connected to a wheel brake device, a brake power transmitting piston(22) having a piston stopper(22a) sliding along a stopper guide groove(21c) of the valve housing, a brake power maintaining unit installed in a recessed groove(23) communicated with the lower face of the stopper guide groove, and a return pipe(26) combined with a connecting pipe(25) for the recessed groove and connected with the hydraulic pipe. The brake power maintaining unit consists of a safety spring and a safety plate. The brake pressure of rear wheels is adjusted easily by adjusting the length of an adjust screw(27) combined with the piston stopper. If a tandem master cylinder is broken of the hydraulic line is damaged, the piston stopper pressurizes the safety plate of the brake power maintaining unit. The piston stopper stops in the middle of the stopper guide groove. Therefore, the brake pressure of rear wheels is maintained.
