Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transformatorwicklungswickelvorrichtung (10+40), umfassend eine sich längs einer Drehachse (12) erstreckenden Drehvorrichtung (14) zur Aufnahme einer zu wickelnden Transformatorwicklung, wenigstens eine Vorrichtung (18, 54) zur Bereitstellung von mehreren gleichartigen Isolationsbändern (24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 70, 72, 74, 76), eine kammähnliche Führungsvorrichtung (20+42, 60, 80) mit welcher die bereitgestellten Isolationsbänder (24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 70, 72, 74, 76) in wenigstens eine gemeinsame Wickelebene unlenkbar sind und von dort parallel zueinander in einem Winkel zur Drehachse (12) der zu wickelnden Transformatorwicklung zuführbar sind. Die kammähnliche Führungsvorrichtung (20+42, 60, 80) umfasst wenigstens eine erste Teilführungsvorrichtung (20, 82) für einen ersten Teil der Isolationsbänder (24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 70, 72) und eine zweite Teilführungsvorrichtung (42, 84) für einen zweiten Teil der Isolationsbänder (44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 74, 76), wobei die Teilführungsvorrichtungen (20 - 42, 82 - 84) in axialer Länge gegeneinander versetzt sind.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trockentransformatorheizung, umfassend ein geschlossenes Gehäuse (12, 32, 58), wenigstens eine darin angeordnete Transformatorwicklung (14, 34, 52, 54, 56) mit wenigstens jeweils einem Wicklungsleiter und mit einer diese jeweils umgebenden Isolationsschicht (60). Zusätzlich zum jeweiligen Wicklungsleiter sind weitere Mittel zum direkten primären Eintrag einer Wärmeleistung in die jeweilige Isolationsschicht (60) vorgesehen.

The present invention relates to the shielding of clamps of a transformer, and in particular to an electric shielding arrangement for a transformer and a transformer with the arrangement. An electric shielding arrangement for a transformer (101) is provided, with a clamp (102, 130, 132) attached at a yoke (109, 124, 126) and stabilizes the yoke (109, 124, 126) of the transformer (101). The arrangement comprises an electric shielding device (100, 140, 142) arranged at the clamp (102, 130, 132) between the yoke (109, 124, 126) and a winding (103) of the transformer (101) and having a trough- like form. The electric shielding device (100, 140, 142) may have the form of a rounded cover and is adapted for shielding the clamp (102, 130, 132) from an electric field of the winding (103).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Trockentransformator (10) mit wenigstens einem Transformatorkern (12) und wenigstens einer darauf angeordneten, um eine Wickelachse (14) verlaufenden elektrischen Wicklung (16), mit rohrähnlichen Kühlkanälen (18), welche sich durch die Wicklung (16) längs deren Wickelachse (14) und zwischen deren beiden axialen Stirnseiten (20, 22) erstrecken und mit einem geschlossenen Behälter (24), innerhalb dessen der Transformatorkern (12) und die Wicklung (16) angeordnet sind. Wenigstens ein erstes von einem Wärmeträgermedium durchströmbares Wärmeübertragerrohr (26) ist durch eine Wandung (28, 30, 32) des Behälters (24) zu wenigstens einem der Kühlkanäle (18) geführt und mit diesem an der ersten Stirnseite (20) der Wicklung (16) strömungstechnisch verbunden. Der wenigstens eine an der zweiten, gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite (22) austretende Kühlkanal (18) mündet im Behälter (24) und in einer Wandung (28, 30, 32) des Behälters (24) ist wenigstens eine Austrittsöffnung (34) für das Wärmeträgermedium vorgesehen.

A coil and electric shielding arrangement (200) for a dry-type transformer is provided, wherein an electric shielding device (120, 204) is arranged at a distance (D1, D2) to a winding (103, 202) at an axial end (116, 118) of the winding (103, 202) perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (A) of the transformer and parallel to the top surface of a cylindrical-shaped coil which is wound by the winding (103, 202) around the axis (A) such that the electric shielding device (120, 204) covers the cross-section area of the winding (103, 202) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (A). Another such electric shielding device (120, 204) may be arranged at the other axial end of the winding (103, 202). An insulation material (201) is attached to the winding (103, 202) and to the electric shielding device (120, 204) providing the distance (D1, D2) between the winding (103, 202) and the electric shielding device (120, 204) along the longitudinal axis (A) such that an environment of the winding (103, 202) is shielded against the electric field of the winding (103, 202).
