    Abstract: A composite is composed of at least one first molding and one second molding, where the first molding and the second molding have been immovably bonded to one another via at least one partial region of one surface alpha of the first molding and of one surface beta of the second molding, via a welded region, and where, based on the first molding, at least 50% by weight of the first molding is composed of a molding composition comprising:A) from 5 to 99% by weight of a polyester,B) from 1 to 95% by weight of a fibrous filler pretreated with an aminosilane compound and with an epoxy polymer,C) from 0 to 30% by weight of an elastomeric polymer, andD) from 0 to 40% by weight of other additives,where the total of the percentages by weight of components A) to D) is 100%.Laminates made from these composites, and products produced therefrom and recycled materials obtained therefrom, are described, as is the use of all of these, in particular in automotive construction.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a composite material that consists of at least one first molded part and one second molded part. Said first molded part and sai d second molded part are rigidly linked with each other across at least a partial section with a surface .alpha. of the first molded part and a surfac e .beta. of the second molded part by means of a welded zone. At least the fir st molded part consists by at least 50 % by weight, based on the first molded part, of a molding compound that contains: A) 5 to 99 % by weight of a polyester, B) 1 to 95 % by weight of a fibrous filler that is treated with a n aminosilane compound and an epoxypolymer, C) 0 to 30 % by weight of a rubber - elastic polymer, D) 0 to 40 % by weight of further additives, the weight percentages of components A) to D) adding up 100 %. The invention also relat es to laminates that consist of said composites and to structures and recycled products obtained thereof and to the use of all these products, especially i n the manufacture of automobiles.

    Polycondensate composition, use for the production of motor vehicle components, contains particulate graft copolymer having Tg of less than 0degreesC and average particle size of 50-1000 nm.

    Abstract: A molding composition (I) comprises (A) up to 99.59 wt.% of a polycondensate (B1) 0.1-20 wt.% of a particulate graft copolymer having a glass transition temperature of the soft phase of less than 0 deg C and an average particle size of 50-1000 nm (C) 0.1-20 wt.% of a copolymer comprising (C1) 50-90 wt.% of a vinyl aromatic monomer (C2) 10-50 wt.% acrylonitrile and/or methacrylonitrile. A molding composition (I) comprises: (A) up to 99.59 wt.% of a polycondensate; (B) composition (B) comprises: (1) (B1) 0.1-20 wt.% of a particulate graft copolymer having a glass transition temperature of the soft phase of less than 0 deg C and an average particle size of 50-1000 nm; (C) 0.1-20 wt.% of a copolymer comprises: (1) (C1) 50-90 wt.% of a vinyl aromatic monomer; and (2) (C2) 10-50 wt.% acrylonitrile and/or methacrylonitrile; (D) 0-20 wt.% of a copolymer having differing amounts of vinyl aromatic monomer, acrylonitrile and/or methacrylonitrile to those in (C); (E) 0.1-20 wt.% of a polyester different to (A); (F) 0.01-10 wt.% of: (1) (F1) a nucleation agent; and (2) (F2) an esterification stabilizer whereby the wt. ratio of (F1) to (F2) of 1:100-100:1; and (G) 0.1-10 wt.% of conventional additive such as carbon black, UV stabilizers, anti-oxidants and release agents. Independent claims are included for: (i) a molded article (II) prepared from the composition (I) ; (ii) a laminated (III) comprising the molded article (II) and a polycondensate foam; and (iii) recycled material obtained from (I), (II) or (III).

The invention also relates to moulded parts and composites made from the above moulded materials, to their recyclates and to the use of said moulded materials, moulded parts, composites and their recyclates.
