    Abstract: Dispositivo asistido por ordenador para el mezclado de aditivos durante el acondicionamiento de comida para animales, caracterizado porque a) se traspasa la comida desde un recipiente (1) a través de un tornillo (2) sin fin de dosificación en un lugar (M) de entrada hasta un acondicionador (3), b) se transporta la comida en el acondicionador (3) con un tornillo (12) sin fin de mezclado desde el lugar (M) de entrada a lo largo de una distancia (A) hasta un lugar (N) de salida y a este respecto se somete a vapor, c) se le añaden a la comida, que ha recorrido en el acondicionador (3) x % de la distancia (A), uno o varios aditivos (5), que se alimentan a través de una o varias aberturas (10) al acondicionador (3), d) se mezclan la comida y los aditivos (5) añadidos a través de una o varias aberturas (10) en el (100 ¿ x) % restante de la distancia (A) para dar una mezcla (6), e) se traspasa la mezcla (6) que sale del acondicionador (3) en el lugar (N) de salida a la granuladora (7), f) se moldeala mezcla (6) en la granuladora (7) para dar gránulos (8) g) y se traspasan finalmente los gránulos (8) a un dispositivo (9) de refrigeración.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing granulates which contain enzymes and which are suited for feeding animals. The granulates are produced by mixing at least one enzyme with a supporting material and by extruding this mixture. The inventive method is characterized in that the supporting material is firstly plasticized in a screw mixer which is equipped with at least one horizontally arranged screw. Afterwards, the enzyme is introduced into the screw mixer and is processed with the plasticized supporting material to produce a homogeneous material which is then extruded.

Additives are introduced at given points along the helical conveyer. The additives and food are continually mixed until discharge to a pellet press and subsequent cooling. The conditioner has one or more parallel helical mixers operated simultaneously, and with inlets at given points for animal feedstuffs and additives.
