Abstract: The inhaler (1), using a dry powder as the medication, has a reservoir (2) or replaceable cartridge to hold the powder (3), and a moving piston (7) with a spring which pushes the powder towards an outlet opening (4) from the reservoir. A gas system (8,9,12,19,20) injects a set volume of gas into the reservoir, to propel the required powder dosage towards the outlet.
