Abstract: The hydraulic control device serves to control the pressure medium, delivered by a pump (12), alternatively to an accumulator (35) or a consumer (114). Serving to control the pressure medium to the consumer is a flow-control valve (16) which only controls pressure medium to the consumer when the accumulator (35) is charged. Serving to control the flow-control valve is a pilot-control valve (41) which is additionally actuated via a control element (49) acted upon by the accumulator pressure, specifically when the accumulator is charged. Furthermore, a brake device (116) with a pressure-reducing valve (72, 85) is provided. The pressure-reducing valve (72, 85) controls hydraulic oil from the accumulator into the brake line when the brake is actuated. A control groove (115) on the control spool (16) of the flow-control valve ensures that no undesirable pressure can build up in the return space (19) of the flow-control valve due to leakage oil at the control spool, which would impair its function.

Abstract: The valve for a pressure-medium-operated hydraulic arrangement has a housing provided with an inlet and an outlet, a slide piston located downstream of the inlet and seal-tightly movable in an opening of the housing under the action of the pressure medium entering the same so as to subdivide the pressure medium into a first stream flowing directly to the outlet and a second constant stream, a laminar throttle member located downstream of the slide piston and associated with a spring-biased control member wherein the laminar throttle member and the control member are arranged so that the constant stream flows through the laminar throttle member and generates pressure drop which acts upon the control member against its bias, and the control member subdivides the constant stream into two partial streams which flow to the outlet means and one of which is throttled, whereby the pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet is maintained at a constant level and thereby the viscosity of the pressure medium is maintained constant.

Abstract: The valve provides load-compensated control of a hydraulic unit, having a control slide working in a housing and forming adjustable throttle openings. In the middle position this shuts off a union leading to the unit and in the end positions connects it to a supply or return union. Valves keep the pressure difference at the slide throttle opening constant independent of the pressure at the union to the unit resulting from a load on the latter, so that the value of the current flowing to this unionis dependent on the slide position. Second valves in the path from the unit union via the throttle opening to the return union likewise keep the pressure difference constant, and there is a control union in the housing. Both the valves have a common throttle member in the connecting passage between control slide and unit union.

Abstract: A hydraulic conduit and a pressure vessel having an interior chamber provided with an opening cooperate with one another. A flexible partition subdivides the chamber into a first compartment which communicates with the opening, and a second compartment which contains a body of compressed gas which normally flexes the partition wall into the first compartment and against the opening. Connecting passages are provided which so connect the hydraulic conduit with the opening that hydraulic fluid flowing in the conduit is conducted in its entirety through the first compartment at least at such times as the flexible partition is out of contact with the opening.
