Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely clamp a part whose holding part is smaller compared to the size of a tube and to hold sealing of the case of pouring fluid to a clamp part by providing a regulation member regulating the expansion of the tube in the desired range inside the tube expansion space. CONSTITUTION:The both ends of a cylindrical tube 2 are fitted to a base body 1 both ends, the expanded face of the tube 2 is made at the inner side of the base body 1, a passage 3 through which a fluid A is poured to the base body 1 is formed, the fitting of the tube 2 is performed by calking rings 4, 5 and to a flange like part 1A an expansion regulating member 6 regulating the expansion of the tube 2 is fitted. The flange like part 1A is fitted by sealing to a container 7, the fluid B flowed into the container 7 is flowed into the part 10 whose part has a flange 11 and capable of holding by the tube 2 is short and the gap DELTAt between the upper end of the regulation member 6 and the lower end of the part 10 is made almost zero. In order to clamp the part 10 a fluid a is poured into the tube 2 by specified pressure, the sealing property between the tube 2 and part 10 is secured and due to the expansion face of the tube 2 not coming into contact with the part 10 by the regulation member 6 not jamming the passage inside the part 10 the fluid B comes into the part 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To drastically lighten the whole gripper by fitting the both ends of a tube expandable at the pouring time or the fluid of an air, etc., to a hollow cylindrical base body, forming a space for pouring the fluid between the base body and tube and forming a pouring hole for pouring fluid into this space. CONSTITUTION:The fluid of air, etc., is fed to a piping 6 from a fluid feeding source in the state of gripping the paper cylinder 12 on which a glass fiber 13 is wound, poured into a space 3 through a pouring hole 4 from the piping 6 and a tube 2 is expanded by the pouring of the fluid into the space 3. This expanded tube 2 is press-fitted to the inner peripheral face of the paper cylinder 12 to hold it surely. According to the glass fiber 13 wound on this paper cylinder 12 being pulled out, the paper cylinder 12 is rotated and also the glass fiber 13 is smoothly pulled out by rotating a base body 1, flange 7, piping 6 and rotating cylinder 9.

A fluid such as air, etc. is injected into a space 10 formed between a tube 5 and an outer cylinder 7 from the fluid injecting port 2 through the fluid injecting passage 4. By this injection, the tube 5 is inwardly expanded to grasp parts, etc. by the expanded faces.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To quickly respond to a variety of sizes of parts and exactly grasp a wide variety of parts by connecting two or more grasping mechanism differing in size in the order of size. CONSTITUTION:When the tube 10 of a lower small grasping mechanism 2 is expanded and the external diameter of the tube 10 is shorter than the interval diameter of the hole of a part 100 which is to be grasped, an upper large grasping mechanism 1 which is connected to the lower grasping mechanism 2 with a screw 18 is used. That is, fluid such as air is delivered from a fluid supply pipe 16 into the passage 13 of the upper grasping mechanism 1 and flown into a hollow closed space 12 inside the tube 10 to expand it until the external face thereof makes tight contact with the internal face of a part 100 to grasp the part 100. If a part 101 having the internal diameter less than that of the part 100 is grasped, the lower small grasping mechanism 2 is used.

CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2, which are concentric with each other, are connected with an elastic body 3, while fluid chambers 4 filled with fluid are formed at the positions which stand against each other in the diameter direction. The fluid chambers 4 are connected with each other, while an actuator 6 which opens or closes a connecting passage 5, is installed to the outer cylinder 2. Thus, by installing the actuator to the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the main-hour required for assembling the captioned device can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum grasping device in accordance with shape and weight of parts or the like by forming an engaged part, with which a fluid supply pipe engages its point end and joint or plug unit, in an end part communicating with a fluid passage and a branch path or the outside of the passage. CONSTITUTION:A both-end opened tube-shaped swelling unit 2, sealing its both ends, is mounted to both ends of a hard base unit 1, while this swelling unit 2 is inflated by injecting fluid of air or the like from a fluid passage 5 formed in the base unit 1. In this way, an inflated surface of this swelling unit 2 is brought into press contact with parts or the like being grasped. Here the base unit 1 forms a branch path 6, communicating with the outside in an opposite side to a fluid injection side of the base unit 1 while communicating with the fluid passage 5, or a passage not communicating with the fluid passage but penetrating to the opposite side from the fluid injection side of the base unit 1. An end part, communicating with this fluid passage 5 and the branch path 6 or the outside of the passage, forms an engaged part 9 with which a fluid supply pipe engages its point end and joint or plug unit.
