Abstract: The present disclosure provides a charging device and a vehicle. The charging device includes a power factor correction (PFC) circuit module. The PFC circuit module includes at least three-phase bridge arm. An input terminal of a first direct current (DC) conversion module is connected to an output terminal of the PFC circuit module, and an output terminal of the first DC conversion module is connected to a power battery. An input terminal of a second DC conversion module is connected to the output terminal of the first DC conversion module, and an output terminal of the second DC conversion module is connected to the storage battery. A first terminal of a switch module is connected to an input terminal of the PFC circuit module, and a second terminal of the switch module is connected to an alternating-current input terminal. The three-phase bridge arm of the PFC circuit module are controlled to be all turned on during three-phase charging, or one of the three-phase bridge arm of the PFC circuit module is controlled to be turned on during one-way charging. A control module is respectively connected to control terminals of the PFC circuit module, the first DC conversion module, the second DC conversion module, and the switch module.
