    Abstract: An ostomy appliance for attachment to a stoma, comprising an adhesive wafer ( 100 ) a first part of which is covered by a first release liner ( 104 ) and a second part of which is covered by a second release liner ( 106 ). At least one of the two release liners defines an attached part which in an initial state is attached to the skin facing adhesive layer ( 102 ), and a foldable part which in a folded state is folded such that it covers at least a part of the attached part and such that it is not in direct contact with the skin facing adhesive layer. A cutting guide ( 120 ) is printed onto the at least a part of the attached part and the foldable part.

    Abstract: A layered adhesive construction including a layer of a moldable paste wrapped in one or more wrapping layers, and a first adhesive layer attached to the wrapping layer on one outer surface of the layer of wrapped moldable paste where the layered adhesive construction has a symmetrical shape around a central axis of symmetry lying in the plane of the layers of the adhesive construction. The adhesive construction has a hole going therethrough which is placed with its center on the axis of symmetry so that it divides the central axis of symmetry in two parts. An area around at least one of the two parts on the central axis of symmetry is without the moldable paste layer and has one or more backing layers and a layer of adhesive on the same side of the adhesive construction as the first adhesive layer.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an ostomy appliance comprising a front wall and a rear wall of flexible material forming a bag, said rear wall having an opening for receiving a stoma, and being provided with an adhesive wafer for securing the appliance to a user's skin, said wafer having a hole being aligned with the opening for receiving the stoma, wherein the opening of the rear wall has an edge being adapted to be secured to a surface of the adhesive wafer facing away from the user in an attachment zone surrounding the hole of the wafer, and wherein a first part of the edge of the opening of the rear wall is permanently secured to the surface of the wafer in a corresponding first part of the attachment zone, and a second, remaining part of the edge of the opening of the bag is prepared for adhesive sealing of the same to the remaining second part of the attachment zone.
