    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional relief valve used for a fuel pipe of a fuel injector, manufactured by cutting a solid material, producing many wastes, and having no choice but discarding the all of them as the wastes, and if the set pressure is deviated in a reinspection after setting an adjuster in a prescribed position. SOLUTION: A valve body 3 is manufacture of a pipe material by plastic working, a nozzle 2 with a valve seat is calked to the tip inside, a ball valve 13, a valve holder 14, and a coil sprig 15 are inserted in the valve body 3, and the adjuster 16 is calked in a position of a prescribed set pressure of the coil spring. When inspecting a relief pressure afterward, the length can be finely adjusted by pressurizing and contracting a cylinder part 26 in the circumference of the coil spring 15. In fitted to the external machine, a gasket seal 25 is applied to one end face of a flange 7 in the tip of the valve body 3, while the end of a body holder 6 is applied to the other end, and the valve body is pressurized while rotated, thereby fitted thereto.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve capable of preventing an excessive fluid pressure rise and accurately controlling the fluid pressure under a high pressure with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: An intrinsic frequency of a spring-mass system constituted of a weight 40 and a compression spring 41 is set almost equal to a vibration frequency transmitted to a housing 17 when an abutting part 20a of valve member 20 is separated from a valve seat 19. Consequently, when a pressure of fuel accumulated in a fuel delivery pipe exceeds a prescribed pressure, the spring-mass system constituted by the weight 40 and the compression spring 41 resonates, the weight 40, vibrated in a direction of arrow mark X, collides against a movable core 30 to apply impact to the valve member 20 in an axial direction. In this way, slide resistance in a slide part 24 of the valve member 20 is reduced and the valve member 20 is quickly lifted to release fuel pressure. Accordingly, an overshoot and abnormal rise of the fuel pressure are quickly reduced to prevent an excessive rise of the fuel pressure, and the fuel pressure can be accurately controlled.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiling cooling device in which the flow of refrigerant vapor and the flow of condensed liquid may be isolated from each other at a low cost. SOLUTION: An extruded member 7 constituting a refrigerant tank 3 is provided in a vertically long flat shape, and a vapor path and a condensed liquid path are formed through the extruded member 7 in the longitudinal direction thereof. On one wall surface of the extruded member 7, an outflow port 9a of the vapor path and an inflow port 10a of the condensed liquid path are opened above the mounting position of an IGBT module 2 fixed at the uppermost part. The inflow port 10a is formed at a position lower than the outflow port 9a. On the wall surface of the extruded member 7 on which the inflow port 10a and the outflow port 9a are formed, a lower plate 15 of a radiator 4 is joined to cover the inflow port 10a and the outflow port 9a. The inflow port 10a and the outflow port 9a are opened in a lower interconnecting chamber 18 formed by the lower plate 15 and the wall surface of the extruded member 7.

    SOLUTION: This fuel pressure control valve comprises a fuel flow storage body 40 having a fuel inlet 40a to lead the fuel to be adjusted and a fuel outlet 40b to lead excessive fuel out of the fuel to be adjusted, a valve closing body 10, a valve seat body 20 in cooperation with the valve closing body 10 and a flexible diaphragm 30 having the valve seat body substantially in the center and demarcating and partitioning the fuel flow storage body 40 into a first fuel chamber 51 on the side to be loaded by fuel to be adjusted and a second fuel chamber 52 to lead excessive fuel in the the fuel flow storage body 40. A routing passage 60 having an introduction part 61 which extends in the fuel flow storage body 40 from a fuel outlet 40b to form a predetermined space δj from the valve seat body 20 to the downward side of the fuel is provided on the valve seat body 20.
