    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board which has a three-dimensionally formed wiring pattern and on which the wiring pattern can be formed by using various kinds of conductive materials, and a method for manufacturing the wiring board. SOLUTION: After a laminated body 5 is manufactured by laminating a plurality of substrates 3 having one kind or a plurality of kinds of conductor layers containing electrical insulating substrates 1 carrying linear conductor layers 2 on their main surfaces upon another, a wiring board 7 is obtained by cutting the laminated body 5 into platy pieces which have side faces respectively composed of the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated body 5 and in which at least two linear conductor layers 2 are formed connecting both main surfaces of the pieces.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve filtering ability by removing matter trapped by a filter formed of photocatalyst carrying filter material with the photodissociating reaction of a photocatalyst and providing a heating means to heat the trapped matters and/or the photocatalyst. SOLUTION: A filter part 20a is arranged in an exhaust pipe 18a fort a diesel engine 12, a heater 51 is provided for the filter part 20a and a radiator 13 is provided for the filter part 20a to radiate light for activating a photocatalyst. For the filter part 20a, one or more type of glass, ceramics or others is used to carry the photocatalyst thereon. For the photocatalyst, titanium oxide and its compound, iron oxide and its compound or zinc oxide and its compound are used. The heating temperature of the heater 51 is selected to be not higher than the transition point of glass if used as filter material or to be not higher than the decomposition point of ceramics if used.
