SOLUTION: In the information processing system 10, a portable telephone acquires a setting program of security securement setting for securing the security of the communication by authenticating as a communication destination in a communication line, in which the security is not secured, from a registration server via a first secure communication line. An information processor executes the security securement setting by executing the setting program acquired from the portable telephone and makes communication with a relay server via a second insecure communication line. The registration server receives the access from the portable telephone via the first communication line, authenticates a user, and transmits the setting program to the portable telephone. The relay server executes the security securement setting by authenticating the information processor when receiving a communication request from the information processor, and relays the access from the information processor to the communication network via the second communication line.
