Abstract: Se proporcionan una lámina de acero laminada en frío de alta resistencia que tiene excelente elongación, excelente abocardabilidad, y alto límite de alargamiento y un método para la fabricación de la misma. La lámina de acero laminada en frío de alta resistencia tiene una composición y una microestructura. La composición contiene 0.15% a 0.27% de C, 0.8% a 2.4% de Si, 2.3% a 3.5% de Mn, 0.08% o menos de P, 0.005% o menos de S, 0.01% a 0.08% de Al, y 0.010% o menos de N sobre una base en masa, el resto es Fe e impurezas inevitables. La microestructura comprende: ferrita que tiene un tamaño de grano promedio de 5 µm o menos y una fracción en volumen de 3% a 20%, austenita retenida que tiene una fracción en volumen de 5% a 20%, y martensita que tiene una fracción en volumen de 5% a 20%, el resto es bainita y/o martensita revenida. El número total de austenita retenida con un tamaño de grano de 2 µm o menos, martensita con un tamaño de grano de 2 µm o menos, o una fase mixta de las mismas es de 150 o más por 2,000 µm2 de una sección transversal del espesor paralela a la dirección de laminación de la lámina de acero.

Una lámina de acero laminada en frío de alta resistencia con un bajo límite de elasticidad tiene una composición química que contiene C: 0.05% a 0.10%, Si: 0.6% a 1.3%, Mn: 1.4% a 2.2%, P: 0.08% o menos, Si: 0.010% o menos, Al: 0.01% a 0.08%, N: 0.010% o menos, y el resto siendo Fe e impurezas incidentales, en una base de por ciento en masa, y una microestructura en la cual el tamaño de grano promedio de ferrita es de 15 µm o menos, la fracción en volumen de ferrita es de 70% o más, la fracción en volumen de bainita es de 3% o más, la fracción en volumen de austenita retenida es de 4% a 7%, el tamaño de grano promedio de martensita es de 5 µm o menos, y la fracción en volumen de martensita es de 1% a 6%, en donde la concentración promedio de C (por ciento en masa) en la austenita retenida es de 0.30% a 0.70% y en cuanto a las características de la lámina de acero, el límite de elasticidad es de 64% o menos y la tensión de rotura es de 590 MPa o más.

Abstract: The present invention provides: a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet which has excellent processability, namely excellent ductility and bore expanding properties, and high yield ratio; and a method for producing the high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet. This high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet is characterized by having a chemical composition which contains, in mass%, 0.05-0.15% of C, 0.10-0.90% of Si, 1.0-2.0% of Mn, 0.005-0.05% of P, 0.0050% or less of S, 0.01-0.10% of Al, 0.0050% or less of N and 0.010-0.100% of Nb, with the balance made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. This high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet is also characterized in that: the microstructure thereof is a composite structure that contains, in volume fractions, 90% or more of a ferrite phase and 0.5% or more but less than 5.0% of a martensite phase, with the balance made up of a phase formed at low temperatures; and the yield ratio thereof is 70% or more.

Abstract: Disclosed are: a high-strength hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheet having tensile strength of 980 MPa or more and excellent workability, weldability and fatigue properties; and a process for producing the steel sheet. The steel sheet comprises not less than 0.05 mass% and less than 0.12 mass% of C, not less than 0.35 mass% and less than 0.80 mass% of Si, 2.0 to 3.5 mass% of Mn, 0.001 to 0.040 mass% of P, 0.0001 to 0.0050 mass% of S, 0.005 to 0.1 mass% of Al, 0.0001 to 0.0060 mass% of N, 0.01 to 0.5 mass% of Cr, 0.010 to 0.080 mass% of Ti, 0.010 to 0.080 mass% of Nb and 0.0001 to 0.0030 mass% of B, and optionally comprises at least one component selected from 0.01 to 0.15 mass% of Mo, 0.0001 to 0.0050 mass% of Ca, 0.0001 to 0.1 mass% of REM and 0.0001 to 0.1 mass% of Sb, with the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel sheet has a structure composed of a ferrite phase having a volume fraction of 20 to 70% and an average crystal particle diameter of 5 µm or less, and also has a hot-dip zinc coating layer formed on the surface of the steel sheet in an amount of 20 to 150 g/m2 (per one surface).

The present invention provides a high strength cold rolled steel sheet for automobile exterior panels having excellent combined formability, resistance to embrittlement during secondary operation, formability at welded portions, anti-burring performance, good surface appearance, and uniformity of material in a coil.

The steel sheet is manufactured by the steps of: casting a slab having the specified composition; hot-rolling the slab at Ar3 point or more temperature; beginning cooling the hot-rolled steel sheet within 2 seconds after completing the hot-rolling to a temperature of from 750 DEG C to 600 DEG C at a cooling rate of 150 DEG C/s or more; holding the cooled steel sheet at a temperature between 750 DEG C and 600 DEG C for 2 to 15 seconds; cooling the steel sheet at a cooling rate of 20 DEG C/s or more; and coiling the cooled steel sheet at a temperature of 400 DEG C or less.
