The wrap film having an extensible property in both lengthwise and breadthwise directions can be easily cut by the cutter 7 provided with the notches 9. The wrap film is not twisted or cut. The wrap film can be easily cut from one direction by tilting the notches 9 against the drawing direction. Further, as the cutter is not sharp, users do not get hurt by the cutter blade.
