    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently safe cleaning agent composition for a mixing nozzle satisfiable with a small number of repeated waste shots as compared with that of water, hardly adversely affecting surface conditions, etc., of the resultant molded product, efficiently cleaning and removing a polyurethane remaining in the mixing nozzle for producing the polyurethane and the polyurethane sticking to a screw provided in the nozzle in the manner comparable to that of conventional solvents such as methylene chloride and to provide a method for cleaning the mixing nozzle using the cleaning agent composition for the mixing nozzle.
    SOLUTION: The cleaning agent composition for the mixing nozzle for producing the polyurethane comprises a dibasic ester. The method for cleaning the mixing nozzle for producing the polyurethane comprises cleaning the mixing nozzle for producing the polyurethane using the cleaning agent composition for the mixing nozzle.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scarcely bring about a fault for lowering surface properties of a molding such as a void or an air shortage or an insufficiency in filling when molded by providing specific number or more of discharge holes each having a specific hole size and molding by using a foaming machine having a nozzle portion having the holes of both ends at a specific distance. SOLUTION: A foaming machine having a nozzle portion 1 including three or more discharge holes 2 each having a hole size of 1 to 8 mm so that a distance W between the holes of both ends of 30 to 100 mm is used. The shape of the portion 1 is a shape for uniformly filling a liquid-like molding material supplied from a liquid-like molding material supply hole 3 in the portion 1. The hole sizes of the holes 2 may be the same or different. The portion 1 can be disassembled to facilitate cleaning therein and its material can manufacture a desired foamed molding. Thus, the foamed molding for scarcely bringing about a fault for lowering surface properties of a molding such as a void or an air shortage or an insufficiency in filling when molded can be manufactured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a rolling lubricant of metal having good antiseizing property even under severe lubricating conditions by blending a lubricant with alkenyl cinnamic acid (anhydride) and phosphate (or phosphite). CONSTITUTION:The aimed lubricant obtained by blending (A) one or more kind of lubricants selected from oils and fats, fatty acid ester and mineral oil with (B) an alkenyl cinnamic acid expressed by formula I or formula II (R' is >=20C alkenyl) or anhydride thereof and (C) phosphate or phosphite expressed by formula III or formula IV (R is >=6C hydrocarbon; R is lower alkylene; m is 0-20; n is 1 or 2). Furthermore, blending weight ratio of the components B and C is preferably 1:4-4:1 (especially preferably 1:1) and the components B and C are preferably blended into the lubricant at an amount of >=0.5wt.% (especially 1-3wt.%) based on the total blend amount.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubricating oil for an emulsion-type steel-sheet cold-rolling mill lubricant which is practically usable and has an excellent resistance to scum deposition and a lubricity suitable for a high-speed rolling at a sped of 1,700m/min or higher in the case of a soft material and at a speed of 1,500m/min or higher in the case of a hard material on a steel-sheet cold rolling machine of a circulating use type and to provide a high-speed rolling method using the same. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil contains at least 5wt.% but lower than 40wt.% oil comprising a mineral oil and/or a monoester obtd. from a 12-22C aliph. carboxylic acid and a 1-12C aliph. alcohol. 5-70wt.% oil or fat, and 20-90wt.% composite ester which is an ester obtd. from a dimer acid and/or a polymer aid of a 16-20C aliph. unsatd. higher acid and a polyol and of which the residual carboxylic or hydroxyl groups are esterified with a 12-22c monohydric alcohol or monobasic fatty acid. The lubricating oil may further contain 0.5-5wt.% phosphorus-based extreme-pressure agent and/or sulfur-based extreme-pressure agent.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the defective brittleness and ductility of surface by obtaining the coefficient of friction and the deformation resistance of a rolling material from rolling conditions during rolling, calculating the highest temperature of the interface inside roll bite, and rolling so that the temperature is made lower than the critical value preliminarily obtained. CONSTITUTION:In the time of cold rolling a material 3 of pure titanium, rolling loads during rolling, velocities of work rolls 1, 1', the sheet velocity at the outlet side of a rolling mill, tension and thickness of the inlet side and the outlet side of the rolling mill are measured. The tension is measured with deflector rolls 6, 7, and the thickness is measured with a thickness meter 5. The coefficient of friction and the deformation resistance of the rolling material are obtained from the rolling conditions containing these data and the diameter, thickness of work rolls, the highest temperature of the interface inside the roll bite is calculated by using the obtained data, the obtained temperature is made to the temperature less than the critical value preliminarily obtained with the experiment and the calculation and it is rolled. Therefore, because the products without micro cracks are obtained and at same time the rolling velocity can be increased until nearby the critical temperature, so the productivity can be improved.
