    Abstract: El método para producir un combustible en emulsion de aceite supervisado incluye los pasos de: (a) agregar a un aceite supervisado, de 0.1 a 0.6 partes en peso de un tenso activo no ironico que tiene un EHL (equilibrio hidrofílico-lipofílico) de 13 a 19, basándose en 100 partes en peso del aceite supervisado, y agua, para preparar una mezcla liquida homogénea, y (b) mezclar mecánicamente la mezcla liquida homogénea con una alta tension de esfuerzo cortante, para producir un combustible en emulsion de aceite supervisado que tiene una distribucion de tamaños de partículas. En este método un 10 por ciento acumulativo de tamaños de partículas es de 1.5 a 8micras, un 50 por ciento acumulativo de tamaños de partículas es de 11 a 30 micras, y un 90 por ciento acumulativo de tamaños de partículas es de 25 a 150 micras, y las partículas gruesas tiene tamaños de partículas de 150 micras o más ocupan el 3 por ciento en peso o menos en todo el combustible en emulsion, y la concentracion del aceite supervisado es de 76.5 a 82.0 por ciento en peso.

    Abstract: A method for producing a superheavy oil emulsion fuel comprising the steps of (i) preparing a liquid mixture comprising a superheavy oil, water, one or more nonionic surfactants having an HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) of 13 to 19, and optionally one or more stabilizers, and then agitating the resulting liquid mixture with a high shear rate of 1000/sec to 60000/sec, to give an oil-in-water (O/W) type emulsion fuel having a superheavy oil concentration of from 74 to 82% by weight; and (ii) adding at least one of ionic dispersants, and optionally water, to the emulsion fuel obtained in step (i), and then blending and agitating the resulting liquid mixture with a shear rate of 10/sec to 10000/sec, to give an oil-in-water (O/W) type emulsion fuel having a superheavy oil concentration of from 68 to 79% by weight. In step (i), the nonionic surfactants are contained in an amount of from 0.1 to 0.8% by weight of the emulsion fuel obtained in step (i), and the stabilizers are contained in an amount of from 0.001 to 0.5% by weight of the emulsion fuel obtained in step (i). In step (ii), the ionic dispersants are contained in an amount of from 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of the emulsion fuel obtained in step (ii).

    Abstract: The method for producing a superheavy oil emulsion fuel includes the steps of (a) adding to a superheavy oil 0.1 to 0.6 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) of 13 to 19, based on 100 parts by weight of the superheavy oil, and water, to prepare a homogeneous liquid mixture; and (b) mechanically mixing the homogeneous liquid mixture with a high shearing stress, to produce a superheavy oil emulsion fuel having a particle size distribution. In this method, a 10 %-cumulative particle size is from 1.5 to 8 .mu.m, a 50 %-cumulative particle size is from 11 to 30 .mu.m, and a 90 %-cumulative particle size is from 25 to 150 .mu.m, and coarse particles having particle sizes of 150 .mu.m or more occupy 3 % by weight or less in the entire emulsion fuel, and the concentration of the superheavy oil is from 76.5 to 82.0 % by weight.

    Abstract: A super-heavy oil emulsion fuel is formed by emulsification using 100 parts by weight of super-heavy oil, 30-80 parts by weight of water, 0.01-4 parts by weight of an anionic surface activating agent, and a nonionic surface activating agent having an HLB (hydrophilic lipophilic balance) of 9-19 at an anionic surface activating agent/nonionic surface activating agent weight ratio of 1/99-75/25. The super-heavy oil emulsion fuel can also comprise 100 parts by weight of super-heavy oil, 30-80 parts by weight of water, 0.05-4 parts by weight of a nonionic surface active agent having an HLB of 9-19 and, optionally, 0.005-4 parts by weight of an anionic surface active agent.
